<p>Serbest rekabetin hızla yaygınlaştığı, küreselleşen dünyada ticaretin olmazsa olmazları arasındaki kavramlar kalite,<br />ekonomiklik ve müşteri memnuniyeti olarak söylenebilir. Her alanda acımasızca yaygınlaşan rekabet, tarım ve tarıma dayalı<br />otomasyon sektöründe de hızla yaygınlaşmaktadır. Dünya ölçeğinde ülkemizin öne çıkan sektörleri arasında olan tarım ve<br />tarıma dayalı sanayi sektöründe verimlilik, kalite ve otomasyona yönelik çalışmalar da son zamanlarda hız kazanmaktadır.<br />Kalite ve verimlilik bakımından ton başına meyve işleme ve sınıflama için otomasyon büyük önem arz etmektedir. Meyvelerin<br />kaliteli üretimiyle ilgili her türlü şartlar üreticiler tarafından sağlanmakta ya da sağlanmaya çalışılmaktadır. Buna rağmen<br />sınıflama ve ambalajlamada aynı teknolojik seviye yakalanamamaktadır. Isparta ili elma üretimi bakımından Türkiye'de<br />%19.78 pay ile ilk sırada yer almaktadır. Elmaların pazara sunulması sırasında, bölgede soğuk hava depolarında birçok<br />sınıflama makineleri kullanılmaktadır. Bu makinelerin tam otomatik olanları elmaları renk ve boyut bakımından ayırt<br />edebilmektedir. Elma üzerindeki lekeler (doğal leke, çürük, pas,) tespiti hala bir çalışma konusu olarak araştırılması devam<br />etmektedir. Bu çalışmada elmalar üzerindeki renk, boyut ve lekelerin tespit edilmesi ve lekelerin sınıflandırılması amacı ile<br />görüntü işleme yöntemi kullanarak çeşitli elmalar üzerinde çalışmalar yapılmıştır.</p> |

<p>Free competition is rapidly becoming widespread, in a globalizing world of trade between the sine qua non of quality,<br />affordability and customer satisfaction as it can be said. Per ton in terms of quality and efficiency of automation is very important for fruit processing and<br />classification. Related to the production of quality fruits provided by the manufacturer or is to make all kinds of conditions.<br />Despite this classification, and packaging captured the same technological level.
