dc.description We investigated effects of multivitamin and mineral supplementation on lipid peroxidation, reduced glutathione, glutathione peroxidase, vitamin A, vitamin C and vitamin E values in serum and follicular fluid of 56 women undergoing IVF and 13 age matched control. We concluded that multivitamin and mineral supplementation in serum and follicular fluid of women undergoing IVF may strengthen the antioxidant defense system by decreasing oxidative stress.
