<p>Mal veya hizmet üretimi yapan işletmeler üretim sürecinde genellikle birden fazla girdi kullanıp, birden fazla çıktı elde etmektedir. İşletmelerin kullandıkları girdilerin ve elde ettikleri çıktıların nitelikleri birbirinden farklı olduğu için ölçü birimleri de farklıdır. Birçok girdinin kullanılıp, çıktının elde edildiği ve girdi-çıktıların farklı ölçü birimlerine sahip olduğu işletmelerin göreli etkinlik ölçümünde parametresiz bir etkinlik ölçme yöntemi olan veri zarflama analizi çok sık kullanılmaktadır. Özellikle son 30-40 yıllık süreçte yaşanan teknolojik gelişmeler etkisini ticaret hayatında da göstermekte, bu gelişmeler işletmeler arası rekabetin her geçen gün artmasına sebep olmaktadır. 5 milyar m3 mermer rezervi ile dünya mermer potansiyelinin %40'ına sahip olan Türkiye'nin önemli ihracat kalemlerinden olan mermercilik sektöründe faaliyet gösteren işletmelerin de varlığını sürdürebilmesi, artan bu rekabete ayak uydurabilmesi için kaynaklarını etkin kullanması gerekmektedir. Bu çalışmada; üretim sürecinde birden çok girdi kullanılıp, birden çok çıktının elde edildiği mermer sektöründe faaliyet gösteren işletmelerin etkinlik ölçümü yapılmıştır. Çalışmada, Türkiye‘de faaliyette bulunan mevcut ocakların %24'üne sahip olan Afyonkarahisar ilindeki işletmelerin 2012 yılı verileri kullanılmıştır.</p> |

<p>Enterprises that produce the production of goods or services use often more than one input and obtains multiple outputs during their manufacturing processes. Due to the fact that the qualities of inputs and outputs of enterprises are different from each other, their measurement units also differ. The data envelopment analysis that is a method of measurement without parameters is commonly used in the relative effectiveness measurement of enterprises where many inputs are used to have outputs and the unit of measurements are unlike each other. Technological developments, especially in the last 30-40 years, have also affected thecommercial life, and caused an increasing competition amongst enterprises each passing day. In order to sustain their existence and cope with the increasing competition conditions, enterprises working in marble sector should learn how to use their own sources effectively, for marble sector is one of the most important export business fields in Turkey having 5 billion m3 marble reserves which is equal to 40% of all marble reserves in the world. In this study, the efficiency measurement of marble operating enterprises were made that multiple inputs were used in the production process to reach multiple outputs. The 2012 data of enterprises, which are located in Afyonkarahisar region having 24% of all the existing operating marble quarries, were used in this research.</p> |
