<p>Bu çalışmada, Türkiye ve yurt dışında judo branşı sporcularının bazı fizyolojik parametreleri ile antropometrik özellikleri üzerine yapılan akademik çalışmaların derlenmesi ve değerlendirilmesi ile gelecekte yapılacak olan çalışmalara ışık tutması amaçlanmıştır. Çalışmada, yüksek lisans, doktora tezleri ve online ortamda ulaşılabilen makaleler incelenmiştir. Literatür taraması yapılmıştır. Literatür taramalarında; YÖK Tez Tarama Merkezi, Google Akademik, Tıp ve Spor Bilimleri Dergilerinden yararlanılmıştır. Antropometrik ve fizyolojik parametreler ile ilgili çalışmalar kapsamında ulaşılabilen çalışmalar toplanmıştır. Araştırmada toplam 18 çalışma yer almıştır. Sonuç olarak; çalışmalardan görüldüğü üzere antrenman düzeyi, süresi ve sıklığına paralel olarak, antrenmanın judocular üzerinde bazı fizyolojik parametreleri ve antropometrik özelliklerinde değişikliğe sebep olduğunu söylemek mümkündür. </p> |

<p>In this study, it is aimed to shed light on future studies by compiling and evaluating academic studies done on some physiological parameters and anthropometric characteristics of athletes at judo branch in Turkey and abroad. In the study, postgraduate, doctoral dissertations and articles that can be reached in the online environment have been examined. Literature review was done. In the literature reviews; YOK Thesis Screening Center, Google Academic, Medical and Sports Sciences journals. The studies that can be achieved within the scope of studies related to anthropometric and physiological parameters have been collected. A total of 18 studies were included in the study. As a result; it is possible to say that, in parallel with the training level, duration and frequency as seen from the studies, the training caused some physiological parameters and anthropometric characteristics on the judiciary </p> |
