dc.description This study aims at setting an example for reducing customer complaints and energy costs in dyehouses. For cotton knitted fabric to be dyed and gain top white quality, the commercial non-ionic bleaching system with activators at low temperature (60 degrees C) was compared with the conventional system with stabilizers (98 degrees C). According to the test results, it is possible to obtain a product with high capillarity and dyeability, sufficient whiteness degree, less decrease in bursting strength, less weight loss and even less burdened waste liquid.
