Since the 1990s, Turkey has been in the quest for accession to the EU. So in the beginning of the 2000s, social dialogue mechanisms have been developed to adapt to the EU acquis in line with the demands of the organizations that represent both the workers, civil servants and employers in their own internal dynamics. In this study; the Economic and Social Council and the Tripartite Advisory Board's representation structure on the social partners and the relevance and the appropriacy of the effectiveness of the issues or attitudes addressed in these structures to the European Social Model are evaluated.
