dc.description This research was carried out to determine effects of different bacterial inoculation methods on soybean grain yield and nitrogen fixation under growth chamber conditions. Bacterial inoculations were applied as simple inoculations, top inoculation, 2 times top inoculation, pulverize inoculation to seed bad and inoculation via peat. Experiment was conducted as pot experiment using completely randomized designs with 8 replications. Sa88 soybean variety and Bradyrhizobium japonicum bacteria strain Nr: 1809 were used as experiment material. Determinations of nodulation and plant analyses were achieved during flowering and harvest maturity stage. The results revealed that, bacteria inoculation methods increases nitrogen fixation as well as the methods examined in the research can be easily adapted to practice. The highest number of grain (9.08 unit plant) and plant grain yield (3.36 g plant(-1)) were observed in seed bed inoculation method.
