<p>Yaklaşık 10 yıl önce hızlı prototipleme konsepti olarak ortaya çıkan Stereolithography (SLA) teknolojisi<br />günümüzde hızlı ve direkt imalatın geleceği olarak görülmektedir. Bu çalışmada hızlı prototipleme ve hızlı<br />imalat teknolojilerinin yeri ve gelişimi ele alınmıştır. Ayrıca Seçici Lazer Sinterleme (SLS) ve Seçici Lazer<br />Ergitme (SLM) yöntemleri ile elde edilen direkt kullanılabilecek serbest formdaki parçaların endüstriye<br />getireceği vizyon incelenmiş, bu yöntemlerle üretilmiş parçaların kullanım alanları ve malzeme cinsleri ile<br />ilgili bilgiler verilmiştir. Sonuçta ise bu teknolojinin sağladığı avantajlar üretim teknolojilerinde açtığı yeni<br />ufuklar hakkında bilgiler verilmiştir.</p> |

<p>Stereolithography (SLA) technology, which emerged about 10 years ago as a rapid prototyping concept, is now seen as the future of rapid and direct manufacturing. In this study, the role of rapid prototyping and rapid manufacturing technologies is discussed. In addition, vision of the free-form parts which can be used directly by Selective Laser Sintering (SLS) and Selective Laser Melting (SLM) methods is examined and information about the usage areas and material types of these parts are given. As a result, the advantages provided by this technology and the new horizons that it opens in production technologies have been given.</p> |
