This study explains pre- and post-concreting systems used to ensure waterproofing of the underground structural units and questions adaptation and testability of the testing equipment as per the international standards, which is capable of searching relationship between the pre-concrete waterproofing material and the structural concrete, and impact of this relationship. Any standard questioning these systems is not available in Turkey. The purpose is to test water permeability of the pre-concrete system on the basis of the mechanical relationship of water insulation material with the structural concrete. Any water entry to the pre-concrete systems has not been observed in these experiments. It is found that the relationship between the water insulation material and the structural concrete can be tested in terms of water permeability with the experiment method used. This questioning reveals that system design can be applied not only on the basis of the product standard, but also by questioning the relationship of water insulation material with the surface on which the material is to be applied. |

Bu çalışmada toprakaltı yapı elemanlarının su yalıtımında beton öncesi ve sonrası sistemler irdelenerek, beton öncesi sistemlerde su yalıtım malzemesinin uygulama yapıldıktan sonra yapısal beton ile ilişkisini ve bu ilişkinin etkisini sorgulayabilecek test düzeneğinin uluslararası standartlardan uyarlanması ve test edilebilirliği sorgulanmaktadır. Türkiye’de bu sistemleri sorgulayabilmek için herhangi bir standart yer almamaktadır. Amaç beton öncesi sistemde su yalıtım malzemesinin yapısal beton ile mekanik ilişkisi üzerinden su geçirgenliğini deney ile test edebilmektir. Yapılan deneylerde beton öncesi sistemlerde herhangi bir su girişi gözlenmedi. Kullanılan deney yöntemi ile su yalıtım malzemesi ve yapısal beton ilişkisinin su geçirgenlik anlamında test edilebileceği görüldü. Bu sorgulama ile bir su yalıtım malzemesinin sadece ürün standardı ile değil, malzemenin uygulanacağı yüzey ile olan ilişkisinin sorgulanabileceği, sistem tasarımı yapılabileceği sonucunu vermektedir. |
