<p>Ciddî oranda kârlılığı ispatlanmış olan, ancak arazide uygulama zorluğu nedeniyle yaygınlaşmayan alçı sıkılama yönteminin basit makine veya ekipmanlarla uygulama kolaylığı araştırılmıştır. Ülkemizde ve dünyada patlatma ekonomisi ve iş hacmi ciddî seviyelerdedir. Bu yüzden, daha verimli bir patlatma büyük kârlar sağlar. Alçı sıkılamanın kireçtaşı ocaklarında yaklaşık delme – patlatma maliyetlerinde %30 kâr sağladığı tespit edilmiştir. Bu yüzden uygulanması çok ciddi kar sağlayacaktır. Alçı sıkılama uygulamasının kolaylaştırılmasını sağlamak amacıyla, değişik ekipmanlarla uygulama gerçekleştirilmiştir. Alçı sıkılama, taş tozu sıkılamaya göre daha zor olsa da sağladığı kâr, uygulama zorluluğundan kat kat fazladır. Basit makine veya ekipmanlarla alçı sıkılama yöntemi fazla zorlanmadan gerçekleştirilebilmiştir. Böylece, düşük maliyetle, büyük kârlar sağlanabilecektir.<br></p> |

<p>In this study, the ease of application of plaster stemming method, which has proven to be very profitable but not widespread due to the difficulty of application in-situ, was investigated. This is possible using simple machines or equipments. Both in our country and globally, blasting economy and business volume are at huge levels. Therefore, better blasting provides in greater profits. Plaster stemming method reduces approximately 30 % drilling – blasting cost at limestone quarries. Therefore, performing of it provides significant profitability. In order to facilitate the application of plaster stemming, tests were made with different equipments. In spite of plaster stemming application more difficult than drill cuttings stemming, it can provides big profits. With simple machines or equipment, the plaster stemming method could be performed without a lot of difficulty. Thus, with a lower cost, large profits can be obtained.<br></p> |
