Bu çalışma Akdeniz Bölgesi'nde, Göller Yöresi sınırları içerisinde yer alan Salda Gölü Havzası'nda yapılmıştır. Bu çalışmanın amacı dünyada ve ülkemizde göl alanlarının kullanımına ilişkin birçok sorunun oluşması ile Göller Bölgesi'nde yer alan Salda Gölü Havzası'nın ve yakın çevresinin havza karakteristikleri bir bütün olarak ele alınarak bölgenin sosyal, kültürel ve ekonomik kalkınmasını sağlayacak şekilde doğal kaynaklarının sürdürülebilir kullanımını gerçekleştirilmesidir. Salda Gölü Havzası ve yakın çevresinin entegre havza yönetim planının oluşturulması için geleneksel ve modern araştırma yöntemleri birlikte kullanılmıştır. Çalışmamız yöntemi 3 aşamadan oluşmaktadır. Bunlar; Arazi Çalışması, Coğrafi Bilgi Sistemleri ve verilerin değerlendirilmesi aşamasıdır. Çalışmanın sonucunda elde edilen tüm veriler ile birlikte Salda Gölü ve yakın çevresinin geçmişten günüzüme kadar olan zamansal ve alansal değişimi tespit edilmiştir. Havzanın doğal ve sosyo-ekonomik unsurlar dikkate alınarak sosyal, kültürel ve ekonomik kalkınmasını sağlayacak şekilde havza yönetim planı için önerilerde bulunulmuştur. This study was carried out in the Salda Lake Basin in the Mediterranean Region, within the borders of the Lakes Region. The purpose of this study is to develop many problems related to the use of lake areas in the world and in our country, and to realize the sustainable use of natural resources in a way that will ensure the social, cultural and economic development of the region by considering the basin characteristics of the Salda Lake Basin and its immediate surroundings as a whole. Traditional and modern research methods were used together to create an integrated basin management plan for the Salda Lake Basin and its immediate surroundings. The method of our study consists of stages. These; Field Study is the stage of Geographical Information Systems and evaluation of data. Together with all the data obtained as a result of the study, the temporal and spatial changes of Salda Lake and its immediate surroundings from the past to the sun were determined. Suggestions have been made for the basin management plan in a way that will ensure the social, cultural and economic development of the basin, taking into account the natural and socio-economicfactors.
