Tarım ve hayvancılık sektörü, her ülke ekonomisinde önemli bir yere sahip temel alanlardır ve en temel işlevi toplumun besin ihtiyacını karşılamaktır. Hayvancılık sektörünün birde ekonomik olarak sağladığı katkılar vardır. Hayvancılık sektörü, istihdama katkı sağlar, ihracat kanalıyla ülkeye döviz girişi sağlar, kalkınmaya yardımcı olur, milli geliri arttırır ve et, süt, tekstil, deri, kozmetik ve ilaç sanayine ham madde sağlar. Hayvancılık sektöründen beklentiler ekonominin yanında sosyal özelliklerde içermektedir. Bunların başında hayvancılık sektörünün bölgesel ve kırsal kalkınmayı destekleyerek köyden kente göçün önlenmesini sağlaması gelmektedir. Tüm bunlar dikkate alındığında ekonomik ve sosyal sorunların önüne geçilmesinde hayvancılık sektörü kritik bir rol oynamaktadır. Hayvancılık, Türkiye'nin neredeyse her bölgesinde yapılan önemli bir ekonomik faaliyet kolu durumundadır. Bu çerçevede araştırmanın amacı, Burdur ilinde hayvancılık sektörünün mevcut durumunu açıklayıp devamında Burdur ili hayvancılığının TR61 bölgesi ve Türkiye ortalaması ile karşılaştırıldıktan sonra hayvancılığın, Burdur ili açısından önemini ortaya koymaktır. Tez çalışması sonucunda; Burdur'un diğer TR61 bölgesi illeriyle karşılaştırıldığında büyükbaş hayvancılıkta çok daha iyi durumda olduğu görülmüştür. İlde küçükbaş hayvancılıkta önemli bir yer tutmaktadır ve küçükbaş hayvan sayısı istikrarlı şekilde artış göstermektedir. İlde et tavuğu üretimi yaygın değildir genel olarak yumurta tavukçuluğu faaliyeti sürdürülmektedir. Burdur ilinin hayvancılık sektörü içerisinde en başarılı olduğu faaliyet kolu büyükbaş hayvancılık(süt sığırcılığı)dır. Burdur ilinde hayvancılığın geliştirilmesi amacıyla üreticilere çeşitli desteklemeler sağlanmaktadır. Burdur büyükbaş hayvancılıkta Türkiye içerisinde de önemli bir yer tutmaktadır. Bu bağlamda Burdur ilinde hayvancılığı geliştirmek için; hayvancılık işletmelerine hibe şeklinde krediler verilmeli verilen desteklemeler de arttırılıp hayvancılık teşvik edilmelidir. The agriculture and livestock sector are the main areas that have an important place in the economy of each country, and their main function is to meet the nutritional needs of the society. The animal husbandry sector also has economic conributions. The livestock sector conntributes to employment, provides foreign currency entry to the country through the export channel, helps development, increases national income and pharmaceutical industries. Expectations from the livestock sector include social features besides the economy. The most important of these is that the livestock sector ensures the prevention of migration from the village to the city by supporting regional and rural development. Considering all these, livestock sector plays a critical role in preventing economic and social problems. Livestock, Turkey's done in almost every region is an important economic sector. In this context, the purpose of the research, Burdur in the livestock sector of Burdur continue the explain the current situation after comparasion with the TR61 region and Turkey average of the provincial animal husbandry Burdur reveals the importance of the province. As a result of the thesis study; compared to other TR61 provinces of Burdur, it has been observed that it is much better in cattle breeding. Ovine breeding also takes an important place in the province and the number of sheep and goats is increasing steadily. Meat chicken production is not widespread in the province, in general, egg poultry activity continues. The most successful branch of activity in the livestock breeding in Burdur province, producers are provided with various supports. Burdur cattle holds an important place in Turkey. In this context, in order to improve livestock in Burdur province; livestock enterprises should be granted loans in the form of grants and the supports given should be increased and animal husbandry should be encouraged. Agriculture and animal husbandry should be supported with more structural and long-term programs. Keywords : Livestock Sector, Burdur, Rural Development. |
