In this study, it is aimed to evaluate hospital performances with an integrated approach by using the CRITIC method and game theory, which is one of the objective weighting methods. Nash equilibrium, one of the most important solution tools of game theory, has been used. For hospital performance evaluation, both methods are used together and the application is carried out on 3 private hospitals in one city. This study will be a guide for hospitals that are in competition with each other to see their shortcomings and to improve themselves. As a result of the study, performance ranking of three private hospitals are made and it has been that Hospital C ranked first. |
