Çocuk yaş gurubunda travma önde gelen ölüm sebebidir. Penetran travmalar hızlı ve etkin müdahale gerektiren yaralanmalardır. Son yıllarda travmada minimal invaziv cerrahi yaklaşımlar tanı ve tedavide yaygın olarak kullanılmaya başlamıştır. Bu çalışmada torakal ve abdominal penetran travma sonucu torakoskopik ve laparoskopik cerrahi yöntemle perikard yaralanması, mide perforasyonu ve karaciğer laserasyonu tespit ederek tedavi ettiğimiz olgumuzu sunmayı amaçladık. |
