dc.description ObjectiveIn recent years, the prognostic and predictive valuesof scoring systems such as systemic inflammationscore (SIS) and modified systemic inflammationscore (mSIS) have been investigated in colorectalcancers. To investigate the efficacy of the modifiedsystemic inflammatory score (mSIS) calculated bysimple laboratory tests in predicting the presence ofinvasive carcinoma in colon polyps with high-gradedysplasia (HGD).Materials and MethodsThe postoperative data of 44 patients with colorectalpolyps who underwent surgery with the diagnosisof preoperative HGD between January 2019 andOctober 2021 were retrospectively analyzed.According to the results of the postoperativehistopathological examination, the patients weredivided into two groups as HGD/intramucosalcarsinom (Tis)/adenomatous polyp and invasivecarcinoma. mSIS calculation was made as follows:mSIS 0 [albumin (ALB)≥4.0 g/dL and lymphocyte/monocyte ratio (LMR)≥3.4], mSIS 1 (ALB
