dc.description Aim: Purpose of the study is to determine the satisfaction levels of patients who utilized the services provided by family practice in Gulhane Military Medicine Academy (GATA) and who were referred to internal medicine, pediatrics, obstetrics, and general surgery polyclinics. It also aims at determining the measures that need to be taken to improve the quality of services.
