dc.description Data from multiple randomized controlled clinical trials support the use of exercise for blood pressure reduction. After this experimental design, systolic and diastolic blood pressures in a person using antihypertensive and beta blocker drugs reduced by 10 mmHg and 7 mmHg, respectively.
