dc.description Genetic analyses of cancer diseases are satisfying contributions to diagnosis and to treat the cancer diseases. The aim of this study is to decrease the gene size of large gene databases using gene selection for the therapy of cancer diseases. In this study, linguistic hedge based adaptive neuro-fuzzy classifiers are used, and the success of the method is demonstrated with selected genes.
