dc.description ObjectiveThis study aims to define the first-trimester prevalenceof overt and subclinical hypothyroidism in Aksarayprovince.Material and MethodsThis is a retrospective study carried out in a singleobstetrics and gynecology outpatient unit, includinghospital-based data on maternal age, serum thyroidstimulatinghormone, thyroxine, and tri-iodothyroninelevels from 502 singleton pregnancies at 7-12 weeksof gestational age. dc.description AmaçBu çalışma Aksaray ilindeki ilk trimester gebeliklerindesubklinik ve aşikar hipotiroidi sıklığının belirlenmesiamacıyla planlanmıştır.Gereç ve YöntemBu bir retrospektif çalışma olup kadın hastalıklarıve doğum polikliniğine gebeliğin 7-12inci haftasındabaşvuran ve geçmişinde hipotirodi tanısı ve/veya tiroithormon replasman tedavisi öyküsü bulunmayantekil 502 gebenin yaş, serum tiroit-stimülan hormon,serbest tri-iyodotronin ve serbest tiroksin düzeylerihastane kayıt sisteminden elde edildi.
