Şüphesiz ki beyan ilmi son derece önemli ilimlerden biridir. Çünkü bu ilim, başta Kur'ân olmak üzere Arap şiiri, özdeyişleri ve atasözleri ile bağlantılıdır. Doğrudan beyan ilmi hakkında olan bu çalışma, tahlile dayalı betimleyici bir çalışmadır. Burada, daha önce hakkında araştırma yapılmamış ve çalışılmamış çok faydalı bir kitap olan "el-Belağa Fünûnuhâ ve Efnânühâ" kitabının beyan ilmi kısmı tercih edilmiştir. Bu çalışma, öncelikle müellifin hayatından, kitabındaki ilmî metot ve üslûbundan ana hatlarıyla bahsetmektedir. İkinci bölümde, örnekleriyle birlikte şahit çeşitlerinden ve bunların öneminden bahsedilmiştir. Üçüncü bölümde ise Arap şiirinden luğavî ve beyanî tahliller yapılmıştır. Bu esnada, müellifin fikirleri üzerinde durulmuş, onun lehine ve aleyhine söylenenleri hatırlatmak suretiyle, beyan ilmi âlimleri arasındaki yeri eleştirel bir yaklaşımla ele alınmıştır. Araplar nezdinde luğavî ve beyânî tahlillerle ilgili daha fazla tafsilat içermesi hasebiyle, şahit olarak Arap şiiri tercih edilmiştir. Bu çalışma, bazen bilimsel eleştiri metodu kullanılarak, bazen müellifin görüşleri olduğu gibi aktarılarak, bazen de gözleme dayalı tespitler yapılarak hazırlanmıştır. Bu araştırmanın nihâî gayesi, beyan ilmi gibi önemli bir ilmin hakettiği değere ulaşması için mütevazı bir katkı sunmaktır. Undoubtedly, the science of declaration is one of the most important sciences. Because this science is related to Arabic poetry, aphorisms and proverbs, especially the Qur'an. This study, which is about the science of direct declaration, is a descriptive study based on analysis. Here, the declarative science part of the book "el-belağa fünûnuhâ ve efnânühâ", which is a very useful book that has not been researched and studied before, has been preferred. This study primarily talks about the author's life, the scientific method and style in his book. In the second part, the types of witnesses and their importance are mentioned together with their examples. In the third part, linguistic and declarative analyzes of Arabic poetry were made. In the meantime, the author's ideas were emphasized, and his place among the scholars of the science of declaration was discussed with a critical approach by reminding what was said in favor and against him. Arabic poetry was preferred as a witness because it contains more details about the lexical and declarative analyzes in the eyes of the Arabs. This study has been prepared sometimes by using the scientific criticism method, sometimes by conveying the author's views as they are, and sometimes by observation-based determinations. The ultimate aim of this research is to make a modest contribution to an important science such as the science of declaration to reach the value it deserves.
