dc.description Kommerell's diverticulum is an uncommon aortic arch anomaly. Kommerell's diverticulum cases may be asymptomatic, symptoms of compression on the trachea or esophagus may be seen, and these cases also have a risk of spontaneous aortic rupture. In this study, images of a Kommerell diverticulum case that caused severe esophageal compression and dysphagia were presented.
