dc.description © 2022 Taylor & Francis Group, LLC.We aimed to reveal the attitudes and perceptions of a group of nurses toward collaborative work and the barriers to collaborative practice. At the end of the study, we obtained four main themes: leadership in health services, interpersonal interaction factors, cooperation in patient care, standardization. The nurses emphasized the critical elements of respect, relationships and communication as components of effective collaborative practice. As a result, it was stated that the practice of cooperation between doctors and nurses is weak and there are some difficulties and obstacles.
