<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom:0cm;margin-bottom:.0001pt;text-align:justify;text-indent:35.45pt;line-height:150%"><span style="font-size:9.0pt;line-height:150%;font-family:"Times New Roman",serif">Bireyin bir şeyi yetkinbir şekilde yapabilmek için belirli bir faaliyette bulunabilme yeteneği olan yetkinlikkavramının etkileri gün geçtikçe artmakta ve bu durum ilgili kavramınincelenmesini önemli hale getirmektedir. Bu çalışmanın amacı, insan kaynaklarısorumlularının yetkinliklerinin tespit edilmesi ve insan kaynaklarısorumlularının sahip olduğu yetkinliklerin çalışanlar ve iş başvurusundabulunan adaylardan beklenen yetkinliklerle karşılaştırılarakdeğerlendirilmesidir. Bu amaçla, 2019 yılı “Türkiye’nin En İyi İşverenleri” doğrultusunda</span><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size:9.0pt;line-height:150%;font-family:"Times New Roman",serif;mso-fareast-font-family:"Times New Roman";mso-ansi-language:EN-US;mso-fareast-language:AR-SA">“20-50” ve “50-250” çalışan sayısıkategorisindeki toplam 11 firmanın </span><span style="font-size:9.0pt;line-height:150%;font-family:"Times New Roman",serif">insan kaynaklarısorumluları kapsamında bir değerlendirme yapılmıştır. Araştırma kapsamına dahiledilen kişilerin yetkinlikleri, Linkedin profilleri doğrultusunda cinsiyet,deneyim, eğitim, yabancı dil bilgisi ve sertifika sayısı gibi çeşitli başlıklaraltında incelenmiş ve elde edilen sonuçlar yorumlanmıştır. Çalışma sonucunda,insan kaynakları sorumlularının yetkinlikleri ile çalışanlar ve adaylardanbeklenen yetkinlikler arasında önemli farklar bulunduğu tespit edilmiştir.Yetkinlik kavramına insan kaynakları perspektifinden yaklaşan bu çalışma ileliteratürdeki ilgili boşluğun doldurulmasına katkıda bulunulabileceğiöngörülmektedir.<o:p></o:p></span></p> |

Theaim of this study is to identify the competencies of human resourcesresponsibles and evaluate their competencies by comparing them with theexpected competencies of employees and job applicants. In line with thisobjective, an evaluation was conducted with the inclusion of human resourcesresponsibles from a total of 11 companies in the categories of"20-50" and "50-250" employees, based on the “BestWorkplaces in Turkey” in 2019. The competencies of the responsibles included inthe study were examined under various headings such as gender, experience,education, foreign language proficiency, and number of certifications based ontheir LinkedIn profiles, and the results were interpreted. The study revealedsignificant differences between the competencies of human resourcesresponsibles and the expected competencies of employees and candidates. Thisstudy, which approaches the concept of competence from the perspective of humanresources, is expected to contribute to filling the relevant gap in theliterature. <o:p></o:p></span></p> |
