2019 yılında ortaya çıkan Covid-19 virüsü, küresel alanda bir sağlık krizinin yaşanmasına neden olmuştur. Dünya üzerinde yaşanan bu sağlık krizi turizm sektörünü de etkisi alarak olumsuz etkilemiştir. Nitekim yaşanan sağlık krizinin bir fırsat yaratacağı öngörülerek Türkiye’de Güvenli Hizmet Programı geliştirilip, dünya turizminde bir örnek teşkil etmesi sağlanmıştır. Bu araştırmada Covid-19 sürecinde Güvenli Hizmet Sertifikası ve Sosyal Değişim Teorisi temel alınarak Bursa ilini ziyaret eden turistlerin gelecekteki otel seçim davranışlarının değerlendirilmesi amaçlanmıştır. Araştırmada nicel araştırma yöntemi kullanılmış ve veri toplamada anket tekniğinden yararlanılmıştır. Araştırmanın evrenini Bursa’yı ziyaret eden turistler oluşturmaktadır. Araştırmada tesadüfi olmayan kolayda örnekleme yöntemi kullanılmış ve araştırma 430 turist üzerinde gerçekleştirilmiştir. Araştırmada nicel araştırma yöntemlerine ait frekans, açımlayıcı faktör, korelasyon ve çoklu regresyon analizlerinden yararlanılmıştır. Araştırma sonucunda hijyen kontrolü, self servis teknolojisi, sağlık tedbirleri, stres ve aşı faktörlerinin turistlerin gelecekteki otel seçim davranışlarını olumlu yönde etkilediği tespit edilmiştir. Gerçekleştirilen bu araştırmanın Türkiye’de uygulanan Güvenli Hizmet Programı’na katkı sağlayacağı düşünülmektedir. |

The Covid-19 virus, which emerged in 2019, caused a global health crisis. This health crisis in the world has also affected the tourism sector negatively. As a matter of fact, anticipating that the health crisis will create an opportunity, the Safe Service Program has been developed in Turkey and it has been ensured that it sets an example in world tourism. In this study, it is aimed to evaluate the future hotel selection behaviors of tourists visiting Bursa based on the Safe Service Certificate and Social Change Theory during the Covid-19 process. Quantitative research method was used in the study and survey technique was used in data collection. The population of the study consists of tourists visiting Bursa. In the study, non-random convenience sampling method was used and the research was carried out on 430 tourists. In the study, frequency, exploratory factor, correlation and multiple regression analyses of quantitative research methods were used. As a result of the research, it has been determined that hygiene control, self-service technology, health measures, stress and vaccination factors positively affect the future hotel selection behaviors of tourists. It is thought that this research will contribute to the Safe Service Program implemented in Turkey. |
