<p style="margin-bottom: 1rem; line-height: 2rem; margin-left: 0.75rem; caret-color: rgb(17, 17, 17); color: rgb(17, 17, 17); font-family: Poppins; font-size: 14px;">Amaç: Araştırma, eczacıların kendi kendine ilaç kullanımı durumlarını belirlemek ve eczacıların sosyo-demografik, sağlık özellikleri, yaşam biçim özellikleri, mesleki özelliklere göre ilaç kullanımı durumlar arasındaki ilişkisiyi incelemek amacıyla tanımlayıcı türde yapılmıştır. </p><p style="margin-bottom: 1rem; line-height: 2rem; margin-left: 0.75rem; caret-color: rgb(17, 17, 17); color: rgb(17, 17, 17); font-family: Poppins; font-size: 14px;">Yöntem: Araştırma, Isparta il merkezinde Şubat 2019-Mayıs 2019 tarihleri arasında Türkiye Eczacılar Birliği’ne bağlı serbest eczacılarda yapılmıştır. Tam sayım yöntemi ile yapılan araştırmada, Isparta il merkezinde bulunan 117 eczacıya ulaşılması hedeflenmiş ve 95 eczacıya ulaşılmıştır. Araştırmanın verileri anket tekniğiyle toplanmıştır. Araştırmanın yapılabilmesi için gerekli etik izinler alınmıştır. Isparta ilindeki serbest eczacılardan gönüllülük izni sözlü alınarak anket uygulaması yapılmıştır. Anket formu sosyo-demografik özellikler, sağlık özellikleri, yaşam biçim özellikleri ve mesleki özelliklerden oluşmaktadır. Veriler sayı, yüzde ve frekans dağılımları olarak özetlenmiş ve ki-kare analizi uygulanmıştır. </p><p style="margin-bottom: 1rem; line-height: 2rem; margin-left: 0.75rem; caret-color: rgb(17, 17, 17); color: rgb(17, 17, 17); font-family: Poppins; font-size: 14px;">Bulgular: Eczacıların kendi kendine ilaç kullanım durumuna bakıldığında son altı ay içerisinde reçetesiz ilaç kullanma oranı %76.8'dir ve genel olarak kendi kendine ilaç kullanım oranı ise &65.3’dir. Aile bireylerine ilaç önerme oranı %74.7 iken, komşu ve/veya danışan bireylere ilaç önerme oranı %63.2 olarak ifade edilmiştir. En sık kullanılan ilaç türü ağrı kesici-anal eziklerdir. Eczacıların reçetesiz kendi kendine ilaç kullanım durumları ile aile bireylerine, komşu veya danışan bireylere ilaç önerme arasında anlamlı bir ilişki bulunmuştur (p<0,05). </p><p style="margin-bottom: 1rem; line-height: 2rem; margin-left: 0.75rem; caret-color: rgb(17, 17, 17); color: rgb(17, 17, 17); font-family: Poppins; font-size: 14px;">Uygulamada Kullanım: Toplumun sağlığını tehdit eden kendi kendine ilaç kullanımı yerine akılcı ilaç kullanımını teşvik etmeye yönelik eczacılar için araştırma bulgularının rehberlik edeceği düşünülmüştür.</p> |

The study, conducted using the full count method, was aimed to reach 117 pharmacists in the city center of Isparta and 95 pharmacists were reached. The research data was collected using a survey technique. The necessary ethical approvals were obtained for the study. The survey was conducted by obtaining voluntary permission from the participants</span><span style="font-size: 9pt; font-family: "Times New Roman,Italic";">. </span><span style="font-size: 9pt; font-family: "Times New Roman";">The questionnaire form consists of socio-demographic, health, lifestyle and professional characteristics. The data was summarized as a numerical, percentage, and frequency distribution, and chi-square analysis was applied.<br></span><span style="font-size: 9pt; font-family: "Times New Roman,Bold";">Result: </span><span style="font-size: 9pt; font-family: "Times New Roman";">Taking into account the fact that pharmacists use self- medication, the level of use of non-prescription drugs in the last six months is 76.8%, and the level of use of self-medication, in general, is 65.3%. The drug recommendation rate to family members was 74.7%, while the drug recommendation rate to neighbours and/or consultants was 63.2%. The most commonly used type of medication is pain relievers. A significant relationship was found between pharmacists' use of self- medication without a prescription and the recommendation of drugs to family members, neighbours, or customers (p <0.05). </span><span style="font-size: 9pt; font-family: "Times New Roman,Bold";">Impact: </span><span style="font-size: 9pt; font-family: "Times New Roman";">The research findings are believed to help pharmacists to promote rational drug use instead </span><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: "Times New Roman";">of self-medication, which threatens public health.<br></span></p></div></div></div></div> |
