<p>Heart failure is significant chronic a disease with multiple effects. The fact that these patients have a left ventricular assist device requires them to adapt to a new lifestyle. Therefore, holistic and individualized nursing care becomes even more important in the process. The use of models in the care process is effective for nurses to provide qualified care to patients. According to the Roy Adaptation Model (RAM), which is one of these models, nurses; aim to enable patients to adapt to the process and to reduce their maladaptive behaviors.
