The evaluations I will present for this question are based on Julian Baggini’s arguments that he presents in his book What’s It All About? I will both reconstruct these arguments and examine in more detail the examples he used, especially the example he took from Sartre. Baggini’s claims, the foundations of which will be discussed here, are as follows: first for life to be meaningful it is not necessary that there be a purpose of creation, second the predetermined purposes do not have to be more valuable than assigned purposes, and third even if we have a purpose of creation and even if the problem of having its knowledge is solved, the problem of the meaning of life is not solved.
