In the study, it was aimed to determine whether the hope has an effect on life satisfaction and positive future expectation. The sample of the research consists of 170 textile workers. Questionnaire technique was used in the research, and confirmatory factor analysis, descriptive statistics, correlation and regression analyzes were applied in the analysis of the data. Relationships between variables are explained in the context of Bottom-Up and Top-Down and Positive Psychology Theories. In addition, when the national and international literature was examined, no other study were found in which these variables were examined together. For this reason, it is thought that the findings obtained and the results to be reached regarding the relationships between individual and organizational outputs in the business environment will make significant contributions to the literature.According to the research findings, it has been determined that agency thinking, which is one of the sub-dimensions of hope, has significant effects on life satisfaction and positive future expectation, and all findings are discussed within the scope of previous research results.
