The dissemination of these interfaces has resulted in increased participation of communities in energy planning issues over the years. Although national-level analysis has been studied since the 1970s, regional-level energy analysis has only gained popularity in recent years. In this article, five different scenario analyzes are discussed by using OSeMOSYS, TIMES and NEOS tools in Afyonkarahisar province. In the study, agriculture, industry, residential, lighting and energy sectors were examined in terms of electricity generation optimization between the years 2016-2031. The Business As Usual model, the 75% renewable energy constrained model and three different carbon tax scenarios are examined. The scenarios are studied comparatively from the technological, environmental and economic aspects and the findings are discussed in the conclusions and comments sections. As a result of the analysis, it has been shown that OSeMOSYS and TIMES are very useful tools for regional modeling and perform various scenario analyzes with high accuracy.
