Atalet, örgütlerin değişimlere uyum sağlamalarını güçleştiren, örgütsel performansı ve verimliliği düşüren temel sorunlardandır. Psikolojik sözleşme ise, iş tatmininin ve örgütsel performansın yükselmesine yardımcı olmaktadır. Atalet ile psikolojik sözleşme tanımlarındaki performans algısı, örgütsel ataletin örgütsel performansa etkisinin araştırılmasında psikolojik sözleşmenin de dikkate alınması gerekliliğini ortaya çıkarmıştır. Bu doğrultuda araştırmanın amacı, radyasyon alanlarında görev yapan sağlık çalışanlarında atalet davranışlarının örgütsel performansa etkisinde psikolojik sözleşmenin aracı rolünü ortaya koymaktır. Araştırma verileri dört bölümden oluşan anket formu yardımıyla toplanmıştır. Araştırmanın evrenini Konya il merkezindeki hastanelerde radyasyon alanlarında görev yapan 745 sağlık çalışanı oluşturmaktadır. Araştırmada evrenin tamamına ulaşılmaya çalışılmıştır. Araştırmaya katılmayı kabul eden 441 kişiden veriler toplanarak araştırmada kullanılacak veri seti oluşturulmuştur. Verilerin analizinde tanımlayıcı istatistikler, geçerlilik ve güvenilirlik analizleri, korelasyon analizi, process macro model 4 yapısal eşitlik modelinden yararlanılmıştır. Araştırmada elde edilen bulgular değerlendirildiğinde; radyoloji teknisyeni/teknikerlerinin psikolojik sözleşme algılarının hekimlere göre istatistiksel olarak anlamlı olduğu görülmüştür. Bununla birlikte radyoloji teknisyeni/teknikerlerinin örgütsel performansları diğer sağlık çalışanlarına göre istatistiksel olarak anlamlı derecede yüksek bulunmuştur. Ayrıca üniversite hastanesinde görev yapan sağlık çalışanlarının psikolojik sözleşme algılarının özel hastanelerde çalışanlara göre istatistiksel olarak anlamlı derecede yüksek olduğu tespit edilmiştir. Analiz sonucunda; atalet, psikolojik sözleşmeyi negatif yönde etkilerken psikolojik sözleşme, örgütsel performansı pozitif yönde etkilemektedir. Atalet örgütsel performansı negatif yönde etkilediği ve bu etkiye psikolojik sözleşmenin aracı rolü eklendiğinde negatif yönde etkinin arttığı tespit edilmiştir. Araştırma sonuçları atalet durumu söz konusu olduğunda psikolojik sözleşmenin etkisini kaybettiğini ve örgütsel performansı düşürdüğünü göstermektedir. Dolayısıyla araştırma sonuçları ataletin, örgütsel performansın artırılmasına yönelik yapılacak çalışmalarda öncelik vermesi gereken konulardan biri olduğunu göstermektedir. Inertia is one of the main problems that make it difficult for organizations to adapt to changes and reduce organizational performance and productivity. The psychological contract helps to increase job satisfaction and organizational performance. Performance perception in the definitions of inertia and psychological contract has revealed the necessity of considering the psychological contract in investigating the effect of organizational inertia on organizational performance. In this direction, the aim of the research is to reveal the mediating role of psychological contract in the effect of inertia behaviors on organizational performance in healthcare workers working in radiation fields. The research data were collected with the help of a questionnaire consisting of four parts. The population of the research consists of 745 healthcare professionals working in the radiation fields of hospitals in the city center of Konya. In the research, it was tried to reach the whole universe. The data set to be used in the research was created by collecting data from 441 people who agreed to participate in the research. In the analysis of the data, descriptive statistics, validity and reliability analysis, correlation analysis, process macro model 4 structural equation model were used. When the findings obtained in the research are evaluated; It was seen that the psychological contract perceptions of the radiology technician/technicians were statistically significant compared to the physicians. However, the organizational performance of radiology technician(s) was found to be statistically significantly higher than other healthcare professionals. In addition, it was determined that the psychological contract perceptions of the health workers working in the university hospital were statistically significantly higher than those working in private hospitals. As a result of the analysis; While inertia negatively affects psychological contract, psychological contract affects organizational performance positively. It has been determined that inertia negatively affects organizational performance and when the mediating role of psychological contract is added to this effect, the negative effect increases. The results of the research show that when inertia is in question, the psychological contract loses its effect and reduces organizational performance. Therefore, the results of the research show that inertia is one of the issues that should be given priority in studies to increase organizational performance.
