Erişilebilirlik, sağlık hizmetleri sisteminin kritik bir unsurudur. İdeal bir sağlık sisteminde bireylerin, eşit derecede erişime sahip olması beklenir. Ancak, şehirsel arazi kullanımı, ulaşım sistemleri ve arz-talep arasındaki dağılım dengeli değildir, bu da önemli ölçüde mekânsal eşitsizliklere yol açmaktadır (Cromley & McLafferty, 2012; Parker & Campbell, 1998). Bu mekânsal farklılaşmanın tespiti sağlığa erişimdeki mesafe engelinin aşılmasında oldukça önemlidir. Birçok çalışma erişilebilirlikte mesafe sürtünmesini azaltmaya yönelik uzun yıllar boyunca araştırmalarda bulunmuştur. Ancak tesislerinin dağılımı ve tesislere erişilebilirlik hususundaki ayırt edici boyutların (potansiyel/gerçekleşen) birlikte işlenmeyerek tek bir yöne odaklanılması, erişilebilirliğin sağlanması ile ilgili problemleri anlamayı zorlaştırmıştır. Bu nedenle çalışma, Özel Akademi Konya Hastanesi örnekleminde, sağlık hizmetlerine erişilebilirliği potansiyel ve gerçekleşen boyutları ile değerlendirmeyi amaçlamıştır. Çalışmada ilk olarak potansiyel erişilebilirliği belirlemek için Network analiz yöntemi kullanılmış ve karşılaştırma için en çok kullanılan iki arama motoru; Google ve Yandex haritalardan yararlanılmıştır. Gerçekleşen erişilebilirlik için ise 1.225.244 hasta kayıt verisine ulaşılarak, veriler mahalle ve müracaat edilen klinik bazında düzenlenmiş ve hastaların mekânsal dağılışı ile ilişkilendirilmiştir. Araştırmada her iki boyut için de yol ağları, mesafe ve yer seçimi gibi faktörlerin sağlık hizmetlerine erişilebilirlikte oldukça belirleyici olduğu sonucuna ulaşılmıştır. Accessibility is a critical element of the healthcare system. In an ideal health system, individuals are expected to have equal access. However, the distribution between urban land use, transportation systems, and supply-demand is uneven, leading to significant spatial inequalities (Cromley & McLafferty, 2012; Parker & Campbell, 1998). Detection of this spatial differentiation is very important in overcoming the distance barrier in accessing health. Many studies have searched for many years to reduce distance friction in accessibility. However, the distribution of facilities and the distinguishing dimensions of accessibility (potential/actual) focused on a single direction rather than working together made it difficult to understand the problems related to accessibility. For this reason, the study aimed to evaluate the accessibility to health services in the sample of Private Academy Hospital in Konya city with its potential and actual dimensions. Network analysis method was first used to determine potential accessibility in the study and the two most used search engines for comparison; Google and Yandex maps were used. For the realized accessibility, 1.225.000 patient registration data were accessed, the data were organized on the basis of the neighborhood and the clinic applied to and associated with the spatial distribution of the patients. In the study, it was concluded that factors such as road networks, distance and location selection for both dimensions are highly determinative in accessibility to health services.
