Dünyada meydana gelen özellikle teknolojik anlamdaki gelişim birçok alanda farklılıklar yaratmıştır. Ekonomik açıdan değerlendirildiğinde dünya küçük bir köy haline gelmiş, geçmişte var olan birçok engel ortadan kalkmıştır. Ticaret kolaylaşırken farklı zorluklar meydana gelmiştir. Ekonomik çevre daha dinamik bir hal alırken rekabet artmıştır. Zorlaşan bu ortamda dezavantajlı gruplar olarak yer alan kadınların işleri daha da zorlaşmıştır. Sürekli değişimin yaşandığı iş piyasasında işletmelerin farklılık yaratarak rekabet üstünlüğü sağlaması için en önemli etken sahip olduğu lider olmuştur. Liderlik konusu geçmişten günümüze önemi gittikçe artan bir konudur. Bu çalışmanın amacı, kadın girişimcilerin demografik özelliklerinin stratejik liderlik davranışlarına etkisini belirlemektir. Araştırma kapsamı Isparta Ticaret Odası Kadın Girişimci Kurulu üyeleri olarak belirlenmiştir. Toplam üye sayısı 46 olan Kadın Girişimci Kurulu üyelerinden 23'ü ile görüşülerek demografik bilgileri ve iş yaşamları ile ilgili bilgileri alınmıştır. Sonraki aşamada stratejik liderliğin alt boyutları olan dönüşümcü liderlik, yönetimsel liderlik, etik liderlik ve politik liderlik alt boyutları ile ilişkili sorular yöneltilmiştir. Yapılan stratejik liderlik özelliklerini belirlemeye yönelik görüşmeler sonucunda stratejik liderlik puanları elde edilerek sahip oldukları koşulların puanlarına etkisi incelenmiştir. Kadınların aldıkları eğitimler, ailede girişimci olması ve danışabilecekleri kişiler olması liderlik davranışlarına olumlu yansımaktadır. The development in the world, especially in the technological sense, has created differences in many areas. From an economic point of view, the world has become a small village, and many of the obstacles that existed in the past have been removed. Different difficulties arose as trade became easier. While the economic environment has become more dynamic, competition has increased. In this difficult economic environment, the work of women, who are disadvantaged groups, has become even more difficult. In the job market where there is constant change, the most important factor for businesses to create a competitive advantage by making a difference has been the leader it has. The issue of leadership is an issue whose importance is increasing day by day. The aim of this study is to determine the effect of demographic characteristics of women entrepreneurs on strategic leadership behaviors. The scope of the research was determined as the members of the Isparta Chamber of Commerce Women Entrepreneur Board. 23 of the members of the Women Entrepreneurs Board, whose total number of members is 46, were interviewed. Demographic information of women and information about their business life were obtained. In the next step, questions related to transformational leadership, managerial leadership, ethical leadership and political leadership sub-dimensions of strategic leadership were asked. As a result of the interviews to determine the strategic leadership characteristics, strategic leadership scores were obtained and the effects of the conditions they had on their scores were examined.The trainings women receive, the fact that they are entrepreneurs in the family and people they can consult positively affect their leadership behaviors. When the strategic leadership characteristics are examined, the ethical leadership aspects of women entrepreneurs are more intense.
