İnsan hayatının vazgeçilmez bir parçası haline gelen turizm, o bölgede bulunan milletin yaşantısını olumlu veya olumsuz açıdan etkilemektedir. Köklü bir geçmişe sahip olan turizm, günümüze doğru gelindiğinde önemini daha fazla artırmıştır. Yaşanan gelişmeler, ülkelerin gelişmişlik düzeyleri, izlenen politikalar ve daha birçok unsur turizmin gelişmesine katkı sağlamıştır. Turizm geliştikçe ülke ekonomisi de gelişmektedir. Ayrıca alternatif turizmin olduğu bölgelerde ekonomik açıdan büyümektedir. Bununla birlikte alternatif turizmde söz sahibi olan ve yönünü etkileyebilen kamu kurumları, yerel halk, turizm işletmeleri gibi paydaş grupları bulunmaktadır. Bir destinasyonda alternatif turizmin başarısı ve gelişimi için toplumdaki paydaşların tümünün planlama ve karar alma sürecinde yer almaları gerekmektedir. Alternatif turizm içerisinde yer alan kaplıca turizmi, klasik turizm, sağlık turizmi ve daha birçok turizm çeşidi ülkemizde görüldüğünden, ülkemizde de alternatif turizm gelişmektedir. Alternatif turizmin gelişmesi, ülkeler arasında rekabetin oluşmasına yol açmıştır. Artık her ülke kendi alternatif turizm faaliyetleri için farklı politikalar izleyerek ekonomilerini canlandırmaya çalışmaktadır. Ülkemizde de alternatif turizm mevsim şartlarına göre değiştiğinden turistlere kaliteli hizmet sunularak daha fazla turist çekmek amaçlanmaktadır. Kitle turizminin çevre ve sosyo kültürel bakımdan olumsuz etkilerinin ortadan kaldırılması bakımından alternatif turizmin ortaya çıkması temel etken olarak kabul edilmektedir. Bununla birlikte kaynakların etkin kullanımı, turizmin dört mevsime yayılması ve ülkenin turizm gelirlerinden yıl boyunca faydalanması açısından alternatif turizm türleri de önem arz etmektedir. Bunun yanında alternatif turizm destinasyonunda planlama ve karar alma süreçlerine etkili oldukları bilinen turizm paydaşlarının da turizmin gelişmesinde önemini korudukları görülmektedir. Alternatif turizm açısından zengin ülkeler arasında yer alan Türkiye kış turizmi, agro turizm, sağlık turizmi gibi farklı alternatif turizm potansiyellerine sahip olduğundan avantajları sayesinde ülkemize katkı sağlamaktadır. Bu çalışmada da alternatif turizm incelenerek turizm ve alternatif turizm hakkında genel bilgi verilmiştir olup çalışmada Isparta'nın alternatif turizm potansiyeli üzerine genel bir araştırma yapılmıştır. Bu amaçla maksimum çeşitlilik örneklemesi ile belirlenen turizm paydaşı katılımcılarla yarı yapılandırılmış görüşme formu ile görüşme yapılmıştır. Yüz yüze gerçekleştirilen görüşmede paydaşlardan izin alınarak ses kaydı yapılmıştır. Elde edilen veriler içerik analizi ile çözümlenmiştir. Çalışmanın sonucunda Isparta'nın agro turizm alanında gül ve lavanta ile öne çıktığını, kış turizmi alanında Davraz gibi yörelerin değerlendirilmesi gerektiğini, inanç turizminin üzerinde durulması, yöresel yemeklerin tanıtımının en iyi şekilde yapılması, konaklama tesislerinin arttırılması, altyapı ve üstyapı eksikliklerinin giderilmesi gerektiği gibi oldukça önemli sonuçlara ulaşılmıştır. The developments experienced, the development levels of the countries, the policies followed and many other factors contributed to the development of tourism. As tourism develops, the country's economy also develops. In addition, it is growing economically in regions with alternative tourism. In addition to this, there are stakeholder groups such as public institutions, local people, tourism enterprises that have a say in alternative tourism and can affect its direction. For the success and development of alternative tourism in a destination, all stakeholders in the society should be involved in the planning and decision-making process. Since spa tourism, classical tourism, health tourism and many other types of tourism, which are included in alternative tourism, are seen in our country, alternative tourism is also developing in our country. The development of alternative tourism has led to the formation of competition between countries. Now, every country is trying to revive their economy by following different policies for their alternative tourism activities. Since alternative tourism in our country changes according to seasonal conditions, it is aimed to attract more tourists by providing quality services to tourists. In terms of eliminating the negative effects of mass tourism in terms of environment and socio-cultural aspects, the emergence of alternative tourism is accepted as the main factor. In addition, alternative tourism types are also important in terms of effective use of resources, the spread of tourism to all four seasons, and the country's benefit from tourism revenues throughout the year. In addition, it is seen that tourism stakeholders, which are known to be effective in planning and decision-making processes in alternative tourism destinations, maintain their importance in the development of tourism. Turkey, which is among the rich countries in terms of alternative tourism, contributes to our country thanks to its advantages as it has different alternative tourism potentials such as winter tourism, agro tourism and health tourism. In this study, alternative tourism was examined and general information about tourism and alternative tourism was given. For this purpose, a semi-structured interview form was interviewed with the tourism stakeholder participants determined by maximum diversity sampling. In the face-to-face interview, voice recording was made with the permission of the stakeholders. The obtained data were analyzed by content analysis. As a result of the study, it is very important that Isparta stands out with rose and lavender in the field of agro tourism, that regions such as Davraz should be evaluated in the field of winter tourism, that faith tourism should be emphasized, local food should be promoted in the best way, accommodation facilities should be increased, and infrastructure and superstructure deficiencies should be eliminated. results have been achiev.
