Gebelik dönemini sağlıklı ve rahat geçirmek kadın için ve doğacak çocuk için çok önemlidir. Son yıllarda ruh sağlığı alanındaki gelişmelerin ışığında çesitli ruhsal sorunların da artık gebelikte görülebileceği bilinmektedir. Bu tezin amacı, gebelerin sosyodemografik özelliklerini belirlemek ve bunların depresyon, anksiyete ile ilişkisini araştırmaktır. Bu sayede sadece gebelerin sosyodemografik özelliklerinden yola çıkarak anksiyete ve depresyon konusunda bir yaklaşım sunmak da hedeflenmiştir. Çalışmaya SDÜ Tıp Fakültesi Kadın Hastalıkları ve Doğum Polikliniğine başvuran 452 hasta dahil edilmiştir. Çalışmaya alınan gebelere anket formu ve Hastane Anksiyete ve Depresyon Ölçeği uygulanmıştır. Çalışmamızda gebelerin HAD ölçeğine göre %28,8'inde anksiyete bulunurken, %71,2'sinde anksiyete bulunmamaktadır. Gebelerin ortalama anksiyete puanı 7,98 ł 4,053 olarak bulunmuştur. Çalışmaya katılan gebelerin %35,0'inde depresyon bulunurken, %65,0'inde depresyon bulunmamaktadır. Gebelerin ortalama depresyon puanı 6,58 ł 3,794 olarak bulunmuştur. Gebelerin meslek, sigara kullanımı gibi sosyodemografik özellikleri, ilaç kullanımı, psikiyatrik hastalık öyküleri, toplam gebelik, ölü doğum, yaşayan çocuk ve düşük sayısı gibi gebelik bilgileri ve evlilik hayatınının değerlendirilmesi ile anksiyete puanları arasında anlamlı faklılık gözlendi. Gebelerin eğitim düzeyi, aylık gelir, meslek, gebelik sırasında çalışma, eşinin mesleği gibi sosyodemografik özellikleri, toplam gebelik, ölü doğum ve yaşayan çocuk sayısı, gebeliğin istemli olup olmaması, yardımcı üreme tekniği kullanımı gibi gebelik bilgileri ve gebelikte cinsel yaşamın olumsuz etkilenmesi ve evlilik hayatının değerlendirilmesi ile depresyon puanları arasında anlamlı farklık gözlendi. Sonuç olarak depresyon ve anksiyete açısından riskli gebeleri önceden tespit ederek yakın takibe almak ve tedavi amaçlı yönlendirmenin bebek ve anne sağlılığı açaısından önemli olduğu düşünülmektedir. It is very important for the woman and for the child that will be born to spend the pregnancy period healthy and comfortably. In the last years, in the light of the improvements in mental health, it is known that a variety of mental problems can also be seen in the pregnancy period. The purpose of this thesis is to determine the socio-demographic features of the pregnant and to analyze their relation with anxiety and depression. Thus it has been targeted to present an approach about depression and anxiety by considering the socio-demographic features the pregnant. 452 patients who consulted the Obstetrics and Gynecology policlinic of the SDU have been involved in the study. The patients who were involved in the study have been applied questionnaire form and Hospital Anxiety and Depression Scale. In our study, while 28,8% of the pregnant have anxiety, 71,2% do not, according to the HAD scale. The avarage anxiety point of the pregnant was found as 7,98 ł 4,053. While 35% of the pregnant that joined the study present with depression, 65% do not. The avarage depression point of the pregnant has been found as 6,58 ł 3,794. By considering, socio-demographic features such as occupation smoking, drug usage, information of the pregnant such as history of psychiatric disease, total gestation, dead birth, gestational living child and number of abortion and married life of the pregnant, significant difference between anxiety points was found. By considering socio-demographic features such as education level, monthly income, occupation, working during the pregnancy period, the occupation of the husband, gestational information such as number of total gestation, dead birth and number of the living children, if the gestation was willed or not, usage of the secondary reproduction technique and the negatively affected sexual life during pregnancy and married life, significant difference between depression points was found. As a result, to determine the pregnant that carry the risk of anxiety in advance and to follow them up and to lead them with the aim of treatment are considered to be important for the health of the mother and the baby.
