University student communities play an important role in students' university choices and positively affect their motivation and personal development processes. This research aims to examine whether students' employment in management positions in student societies has an impact on their well-being and job satisfaction. In the research, job satisfaction and subjective well-being scales were used while examining Isparta Süleyman Demirel University Student Communities. Pearson correlation and regression analysis was performed to determine the relationships between variables. It was held with the participation of 152 university students from 43 different departments. With the difference tests, it was seen that the job satisfaction levels of the participants who held the position of chairman of the board of directors in the communities were higher than the job satisfaction levels of the participants who held the position of members in the communities. As a result of multiple comparisons, the subjective wellbeinglevels of the participants who were on the board of directors in the communities were higher than thesubjective well-being levels of the participants who were members of the communities. As a result, as the positions of people in student communities rise, both their job satisfaction and subjective well-being increase.Üniversite öğrenci toplulukları, öğrencilerin hem üniversite seçimlerinde etkin önem taşımakta hem de öğrencilerin motivasyon ve kişisel gelişim süreçlerini olumlu yönde etkilemektedir. Bu araştırmada öğrencilerin, öğrenci topluluklarında yönetim pozisyonlarında görev alıp almamalarının iyi oluş ve iş tatminleri üzerinde etkisi olup olmadığının incelenmesi amaçlanmaktadır. Araştırmada Isparta Süleyman Demirel Üniversitesi Öğrenci Toplulukları ele alınırken iş tatmini ve öznel iyi oluş ölçekleri kullanılmıştır. Değişkenler arasındaki ilişkileri tespit etmek amacıyla Pearson korelasyon ve Regresyon analizi yapılmıştır. 43 farklı bölümden 152 üniversite öğrencisinin katılımı ile gerçekleşmiştir. Yapılan fark testleri ile topluluklarda yönetim kurulu başkanı pozisyonunda bulunan katılımcıların iş tatmini düzeyleri, topluluklarda üye pozisyonunda bulunan katılımcıların iş tatmini düzeylerine göre daha yüksek olduğu görülmüştür. Çoklu karşılaştırma sonucunda topluluklarda yönetim kurulunda yer alan katılımcıların öznel iyi oluş düzeyleri, topluluklarda üye pozisyonunda bulunan katılımcıların öznel iyi oluş düzeylerine göre daha yüksek çıkmıştır. Sonuç olarak, öğrenci topluluklarında yer alan kişilerin pozisyonları yükseldikçe hem iş tatminleri hem de öznel iyi oluşları artış göstermektedir.
