Amaç: Sporcularda etkili bir değerlendirme yapılırken uygun stabilite veya mobilite mevcut değilse bu durumun hangi sebepten kaynaklandığını tespit etmek rehabilitasyonun ilk aşamasıdır. Çalışmanın temel amacı hentbolcularda fonksiyonel hareket analizi ile core endurans ve Y denge testi değerlendirmeleri arasındaki ilişkiyi objektif verilerle ortaya koymaktır. Yaralanmaların önlenmesi için kişinin değerlendirme parametrelerine göre en doğru egzersizlerin ne olabileceği konularının değerlendirilmesi hedeflenmiştir. Gereç ve Yöntem: Çalışmamıza 18-22 yaş arası 30 lisanslı hentbol oyuncusu ve aynı yaş grubundan 30 sedanter genç birey dahil edildi. Katılımcı değerlendirme formu ile ad-soyad, meslek, yaş, cinsiyet, dominant el, boy uzunluğu, vücut ağırlığı, beden kitle indeksi bilgileri alındı. Sporcu olmayan grubun fiziksel aktivite seviyesini belirlemek için frekans, sıklık, zaman bilgilerini içeren FIT Kasari Fiziksel Aktivite Anketi kullanıldı. Çeviklik değerlendirmesi için Illınois Çeviklik Testi ve sıçrama kuvveti ölçümü için Dikey Sıçrama Testi kullanıldı. Core stabilizasyon değerlendirmesi için fleksör endurans, ekstansör endurans, lateral köprü testleri kullanıldı. Y denge testi ile dinamik denge değerlendirildi. Fonksiyonel hareket paternleri 7 alt bileşenden oluşan fonksiyonel hareket analizi ile değerlendirildi. Bulgular: Yapılan değerlendirmeler sonucunda; sporcu bireyler çeviklik ve dikey sıçrama kuvveti testleri sonucunda sedanter bireylere göre istatiksel olarak anlamlı düzeyde (p<0,001) daha iyi performans sergilemiştir. Y denge testi ile FHA ilişkisi incelendiğinde; istatiksel olarak anlamlı bir ilişki bulunmamıştır (p>0,05). FHA ile Core stabilizasyon ilişkisi incelendiğinde; FHA kompozit skoru ile core stabilizasyon için kullanılan endurans testleri arasında anlamlı ilişki bulunmuştur. Sporcu grubundaki bireylerde FHA puanları ile fleksör stabilite sonuçları arasında pozitif yönlü ilişki saptanmıştır (r=0.653 p<0.001). Sporcu grubundaki bireylerde FHA puanları ile Lateral köprü Dominant puanları arasında pozitif yönlü ilişki saptanmıştır (r=0.542 p<0.01). Sporcu grubundaki bireylerde FHA puanları ile lateral köprü non-dominant puanları arasında pozitif yönlü ilişki saptanmıştır (r=0.374 p<0.05). Sporcu grubundaki bireylerde FHA puanları ile Ekstansör endurans puanları arasında pozitif yönlü ilişki saptanmıştır (r=0.511 p<0.01). Sonuç: Fonksiyonel hareket analizi değerlendirmeleri core stabilizasyon ile yakından ilişkili iken Y denge testiyle ilişkili bulunmadı. Sporcu bireylere yönelik risk faktörleri tanımlanırken fonksiyonel hareket analizinin yanı sıra core stabilizasyon ve Y denge testi de kullanılmalıdır. Purpose: If the athletes do not have adequate stability or mobility while making an effective assessment, it is the first step of rehabilitation to determine the cause of this situation. .This study's fundamantel aim is to reveal with objectiv datas the relationship between funcional movement screen with core stabilization and y balance tests in handball players. It is aimed to evaluate what the most accurate exercises may be according to the evaluation parameters of the person for the prevention of injuries. Materials and Methods: Our study is included 30 licensed handball players between the ages of 18 and 22 and 30 sedentary young individuals from the same age group. Name-surname, occupation, age, gender, dominant hand, height, body weight, body mass index information are obtained with the participant evaluation form. FIT which includes frequency, intensity and time informations, is used so that group, who are not players , are to determine physical activity. Illinois Agility Test is used for agility assessment and Vertical Jump Test is used for bounce force measurement. Flexor endurance, extensor endocrine, lateral bridge tests are used for core stabilization evaluation. Dynamic equilibrium is evaluated with the Y balance test. Functional movement patterns are evaluated by functional movement analysis consisting of 7 sub-components. Results: Athletic individuals performed statistically significantly (p<0.001) better than sedentary individuals as a consequence of agility and vertical jump strength tests. When the relationship between Y balance test and FMS is examined; no statistically significant relationship is found (p>0.05). When the relationship between FMS and Core stabilization is examined; A significant correlation is found between the FMS composite score and the endurance tests used for core stabilization. A positive correlation is found between FMS scores and flexor stability results in the individuals in the athlete group (r=0.653 p<0.001). A positive correlation is found between FMS scores and Lateral bridge dominant scores in the individuals in the athlete group (r=0.542 p<0.01). A positive correlation is found between FMS scores and lateral bridge non-dominant scores in the individuals in the athlete group (r=0.374 p<0.05). A positive correlation is found between FMS scores and extensor endurance scores in the individuals in the athlete group (r=0.511 p<0.01). Outcome: While functional movement analysis evaluations were closely related to core stabilization, they were not related to Y balance test. Core stabilization and Y balance test should be used as well as functional movement analysis when defined risk factors for athletes.
