Amaç: Bu araştırma, 'Hemşirelik Öğrencileri 21. Yüzyıl Becerileri Ölçeğinin' Türkçe adaptasyonunu, hemşirelik öğrencilerinde geçerlik ve güvenirliğini incelemeyi amaçlamaktadır. Materyal-Metot: Bu araştırma metodolojik araştırma tasarımındadır. Araştırma, 2020-2021 eğitim öğretim döneminde Süleyman Demirel Üniversitesi Sağlık Bilimleri Fakültesi hemşirelik bölümü öğrencilerinde yürütülmüştür. Araştırmanın örneklemini 268 hemşirelik öğrencisi oluşturmaktadır. Araştırmada tanımlayıcı değişkenler formu, Hemşirelik Öğrencileri 21. Yüzyıl Becerileri Ölçeği ve Hemşirelik Öğrencileri Yetkinlik Ölçeği kullanılmıştır. Araştırmada ölçeğin geçerlik çalışmasında dil geçerliği, kapsam geçerliği ve yapı geçerliği incelenmiştir. Güvenirlik analizlerinde Cronbach alfa katsayısı, madde analizi, Hotelling t testi, madde ayırt edicilik indeksi ve eşdeğer formlar yöntemi kullanılmıştır. Verilerin analizinde IBM SPSS Statistics 26.0 ve IBM SPSS AMOS 24.0 programları kullanılmıştır. Bulgular: Araştırmaya katılan öğrencilerin yaş ortalaması 21,03 ±1,70 olup, %81 i kadındır. Ölçeğin dil geçerliği çeviri-geri çeviri yöntemi ile sağlanmıştır. Ölçeğin toplam kapsam geçerlik indeksi 0,936 bulunmuştur. Faktör analizinde KMO= 0,907 ve Bartlett küresellik testi p˂0,05 bulunmuştur. Açıklayıcı faktör analizi sonucunda toplam varyansı %57,152 olan 8 faktörlü yapıya karar verilmiştir. Ölçekten herhangi bir faktöre katkı sağlamadığı belirlenen 63, 62, 60 ve 15. maddeler çıkarılmıştır. Doğrulayıcı faktör analizinde χ2 /sd değeri ise 2,255, RMSEA=0,069 olarak bulunmuştur. Ölçeğin güvenirlik analizinde toplam Cronbach alfa değeri 0,951 bulunmuştur. Ölçek maddelerinin madde-toplam korelasyonları incelendiğinde 0,175-0,667 arasında değer aldıkları görülmüştür. Ölçeğin eşdeğer form güvenirliğinde Hemşirelik Öğrencileri 21. Yüzyıl Becerileri Ölçeği ve Hemşirelik Öğrencileri Yetkinlik Ölçeği arasında anlamlı bir ilişki bulunmuştur (r=0,71; p< 0,001). Sonuç: Bu araştırmanın sonuçları, Hemşirelik Öğrencileri 21. Yüzyıl Becerileri ölçeğinin Türk toplumunda 8 alt boyutlu, 59 maddelik geçerli bir ölçek olduğunu, hemşirelik öğrencilerinin 21. yüzyıl becerilerini belirlemek için güvenilir bir şekilde kullanılabileceğini göstermektedir. Purpose: This research aims to examine the Turkish adaptation of the 21st Century Skills Scale in Nursing Students and its validity and reliability in nursing students. Material-Method: This research was conducted in methodological research design. The research was carried out in Süleyman Demirel University Nursing Faculty students in the 2020-2021 academic year. The sample of the research consists of 268 nursing students. In the research Descriptive Variables Form, 21st Century Skills Scale in Nursing Students and The Competency Inventory of Nursing Students were used. The validity of the scale was evaluated using language validity, content validity and construct validity. Cronbach alpha coefficient, Item analysis, Hotelling's t test, item discrimination index and equivalent forms method were performed in the reliability study. In the analysis of the data IBM SPSS Statistics 26.0 and IBM SPSS Amos 24.0 programs were used. Findings: The average age of the students attended to this study were 21,03 ± 1,70, 81% of them are women. In order to ensure the language validity; using translation-back translation technique. The total content validity index of the scale was found to be 0,936. In factor analysis, KMO= 0,907 and Bartlett sphericity test was found as p˂0,05. As a result of the explanatory factor analysis, the 8-factor structure with a total variance of 57,152% was decided. In the analysis, items 63, 62, 60 and 15 were excluded because they did not contribute to any factor in the scale. In confirmatory factor analysis, χ2 /sd value was found as 2,255, RMSEA=0,069. In the reliability analysis of the scale, the total Cronbach-alpha value was found to be 0,951. When the item-total correlations of the scale items were examined, it was seen that they took values between 0,175 and 0,667. A significant relationship was found between the 21st Century Skills Inventory in Nursing Students and The Competency Inventory of Nursing Students in the equivalent form reliability of the scale (r=0,71; p< 0,001). Conclusion: The results of this study show that the 21st Century Skills Scale in Nursing Students is a valid scale with 8 sub-dimensions and 59 items in Turkish society, and it can be used reliably to determine the 21st century skills of nursing students.
