Amaç: Bu araştırmanın amacı; yenidoğanlarda web tabanlı bireyselleştirilmiş destekleyici gelişimsel bakım programının geliştirilmesi, içerik kalitesi ve kullanılabilirliğinin değerlendirilmesidir. Materyal- Metot: Metodolojik tipte olan araştırma Mayıs- Ağustos 2022 tarihleri arasında Süleyman Demirel Üniversitesi Tıp Fakültesi Hastanesi ve Isparta Şehir Hastanesi Yenidoğan Yoğun Bakım Ünitelerinde görev yapan hemşireler (n:40) ile yürütülmüştür. Araştırma web sayfasının geliştirilmesi, uzman görüşlerine sunulması ve değerlendirme olmak üzere iki aşamadan oluşmuştur. Araştırmanın ilk aşamasında araştırmacılar tarafından geliştirilen web sayfası DISCERN ile uzman görüşlerine sunulmuş öneriler doğrultusunda revizyonlar yapılarak ikinci aşamaya geçilmiştir. Bu aşamada ise katılımcı hemşireler tarafından "Kişisel Bilgi Formu" doldurulmuş ve web sayfasının içeriği "Sistem Kullanılabilirlik Ölçeği", "Web Sayfası İçerik Kullanımı Değerlendirme Formu" ile değerlendirilmiştir. Araştırmanın verileri SPSS 20.0 (IBM Inc, Chicago, IL, USA) paket programı ile tanımlayıcı istatistikler, Kolmogorov-Smirnov testi, Mann-Whitney U Spearman's Rho, Friedman İki Yönlü Varyans Analizi kullanılarak analiz edilmiştir. Araştırmanın yürütülebilmesi için etik kurul onayı, kurumsal izinler ve katılımcılardan yazılı onam alınmıştır. Bulgular: Araştırma kapsamında geliştirilen web sayfası uzman grup değerlendirmesi ile DISCERN'den 72,30±9,12 puan, katılımcıların değerlendirmesi sonucu Sistem Kullanılabilirlik Ölçeği'nden 85,05±9,35 puan, Web Sayfası İçerik Kullanımı Değerlendirme Formu'ndan 19,0±1,61 puan almıştır. Web sayfasında araştırmacıların en çok ilgisini çeken ve en fazla yararlandıkları bölümlerin gelişimsel bakımın bileşenleri (%43) olduğu, bu bölüm içerisinde de ağrı ve stresin değerlendirilerek yönetilmesi (%29), iyileştirici çevrenin oluşturulması (%26), aile merkezli bakım (%23), uykunun korunması (%22) en sık ziyaret edilen bölümler olduğu bulunmuştur. Sonuç: Yenidoğana yönelik geliştirilen bu web sayfasının içerik bilgi kalitesi, güvenirlik ve kullanılabilirliğinin yüksek düzeyde olduğu bulunmuştur. Ayrıca yenidoğan yoğun bakım hemşirelerinin gelişimsel bakım uygulamalarına yönelik bilgi gereksinimlerinin karşılanmasında teknolojik tabanlı eğitim materyallerinin geliştirilmesi ve yaygınlaştırılması bakım kalitesinin artırılması açısından son derece önemlidir. Objective: This study aims to development of a web-based individualized supportive developmental care program for newborns, and evaluation of content quality and usability. Method: The methodological type of research was conducted with nurses (n:40) working in Süleyman Demirel University Medical Faculty Hospital and Isparta City Hospital Neonatal Intensive Care Units between May and August 2022. The development of the research web page consisted of two stages: presenting it to expert opinions and evaluation. In the first stage of the research, the web page developed by the researchers was made with DISCERN, and revisions were made in line with the suggestions presented to the expert opinions, and the second stage was started. At this stage, the "Personal Information Form" was filled in by the participating nurses and the content of the web page was evaluated with the "System Usability Scale" and "Web Page Content Usage Evaluation Form". The data of the study were analyzed using SPSS 20.0 (IBM Inc, Chicago, IL, USA) package program and descriptive statistics, Kolmogorov-Smirnov test, Mann-Whitney U Spearman's Rho, Friedman Two-Way Analysis of Variance. Ethics committee approval, institutional permissions and written consent from the participants were obtained in order to conduct the study. Results: The web page developed within the scope of the research was 72.30±9.12 points from DISCERN with the expert group evaluation, 85.05±9.35 points from the System Usability Scale as a result of the participants' evaluation, 19.0±1 from the Web Page Content Usage Evaluation Form. It scored 1.61 points. In the web page, the sections that attract the most attention and benefit from the researchers are the components of developmental care (43%), and within this section, evaluating and managing pain and stress (29%), creating a healing environment (26%), family-centered care (23%) , sleep preservation (22%) were found to be the most frequently visited departments. Conclusion: It has been found that the content information quality, reliability and usability of this web page developed for newborns are at a high level. In addition, the development and dissemination of technology-based training materials is extremely important in terms of increasing the quality of care in meeting the knowledge needs of neonatal intensive care nurses for developmental care practices.
