Bu çalışmanın amacı Beden Eğitimi ve spor öğretmenlerinin özyeterlik ile beceri öğretimi yeterlik algıları arasındaki ilişkinin incelenmesidir. Çalışmanın evrenini Şanlıurfa ili merkezinde Millî Eğitim Bakanlığı'na bağlı devlet okullarında görev yapan 496 Beden Eğitimi öğretmenleri oluşturmuştur. Örneklem grubunu ise evrenin içerisinde 243 gönüllü oluşturmuştur. Çalışmaya katılan gönüllülerden kişisel bilgi formu, öğretmen özyeterlik ve öğretmen beceri öğretimi yeterlik algısı ölçeklerini doldurmaları istenmiştir. Elde edilen veriler, IBM SPSS 22.0 (Statistics for Windows Version) adlı paket program kullanılarak yapılmıştır. İkili karşılaştırmalarda bağımsız guruplarda t testi, ikiden fazla gurupların karşılaştırılmasında tek yönlü varyans analizi kullanılmıştır. Farklılığın ortaya konulmasında ise LSD test uygulanmıştır. Ölçeklerden elde edilen puanların arasındaki ilişkiyi ortaya koyabilmek için Pearson momentler çarpımı korelasyon analizi (r) uygulanmıştır. Sonuç olarak; beden eğitimi ve spor öğretmenlerinin özyeterlik ve beceri öğretimi yeterlik algılar ortalamanın üstünde olduğu tespit edilmiştir. Öğretmen özyeterlik ile beceri öğretimi yeterlik algısı toplam ve ölçeğe ait iş birliği, iletişim, yaratıcılık ve eleştirel düşünme alt boyutlarıyla orta düzeyde pozitif yönlü ilişki tespit edilmiştir. Bu durumun gerek sportif geçmişleriyle gerekse üniversite eğitimlerinde gerekli teorik ve uygulamalı bilgi ve becerilere sahip olan beden eğitimi ve spor öğretmenlerinin bu bilgi ve beceriler öğrencilere aktarmaktaki mesleki yeterliliklerinden kaynaklandığı düşünülmektedir. The aim of this study is to examine the relationship between Physical Education and sports teachers' self-efficacy and skill teaching competence perceptions. The population of the study consisted of 496 Physical Education teachers working in public schools affiliated with the Ministry of National Education in the center of Şanlıurfa. The sample group consisted of 243 volunteers within the population. Volunteers participating in the study were asked to fill out a personal information form, teacher self-efficacy and teacher skill teaching competence perception scales. The data obtained were compiled in a computer environment using a package program called IBM SPSS 22.0 (Statistics for Windows Version). In pairwise comparisons, t-test was used for independent groups, and one-way analysis of variance was used for comparisons of more than two groups. LSD test was applied to reveal the difference. Pearson product moment correlation analysis (r) was applied to reveal the relationship between the scores obtained from the scales. In conclusion; It was determined that physical education and sports teachers' self-efficacy and skill teaching efficacy perceptions were above average. A moderate positive relationship was detected between teacher self-efficacy and skill teaching efficacy perception total and the scale's sub-dimensions of collaboration, communication, creativity and critical thinking. It is thought that this situation arises from the professional competence of physical education and sports teachers, who have the necessary theoretical and practical knowledge and skills in both their sports background and university education, in transferring this knowledge and skills to students.
