Son yıllarda yaşanan teknolojik gelişmeler doğrultusunda ofis çalışanlarında kas iskelet sistemi rahatsızlıklarının (KİSR) insidansı artmıştır. Literatürde ofis çalışanlarında görülen kas iskelet sistemi rahatsızlıklarının prevelansı ve nedenlerine yönelik çok sayıda çalışma bulunmaktadır. Bu çalışmalarda görüldüğü üzere ofis hayatından en çok omurga ve ilişkili yapılar etkilenmektedir. Çalışanlarda görülen KİSR'nın önlenmesi ve giderilmesi için kullanılan yöntemler arasında güncel yaklaşım; çalışanlarda yeni alışkanlıkların kazandırılması ile öz yönetimlerini ele almaları üzerinedir. Bu yaklaşımlar arasında yeni bir eğitim modeli olarak Transteoretik Model (TTM) temelli eğitim öne çıkmaktadır. Bu konudaki çalışma sayısı oldukça azdır. Bu çalışma ofis çalışanlarında TTM temelli ergonomi eğitiminin uygulanması ve sonuçlarının değerlendirilmesi şeklinde planlanmıştır. Çalışma eğitimin uygulanma şekli, süresi, sayısı ve omurga özelinde olması açısından literatüre katkı sağlamayı hedeflemektedir. Bu çalışma Süleyman Demirel Üniversitesi'nde görev yapan 130 idari personelin katılımı ile gerçekleştirilmiştir. Katılımcıların 67'si erkek 63'ü kadın, yaş ortalaması 42,33'tür. Çalışma süresi 12 hafta uygulama ve 12 hafta takip olmak üzere toplam 24 haftadan oluşmaktadır. Katılımcılar eşleştirilmiş randomizasyon yöntemi ile yaş ve cinsiyet olarak benzer olacak şekilde eğitim ve kontrol olmak üzere iki gruba ayrılmıştır. Çalışma başında tüm katılımcılara omurga sağlığı ile ilgili hazırlanmış bilgilendirici broşür verilerek, ofis ve ev egzersizleri fizyoterapist tarafından gösterilmiştir. Tüm katılımcılara ilk 12 hafta içerisinde haftada bir mesaj atılmış, iki haftada bir telefonla aranarak ergonomiye uygun alışkanlıkları kazanmaları teşvik edilmiştir. Eğitim gurubuna bir fizyoterapist tarafından, ilk 12 hafta içerisinde 2 haftada bir olacak şekilde 6 seans online TTM temelli ergonomi eğitimi verilmiştir. Takip döneminde herhangi bir uygulama yapılmamıştır. Çalışmada tüm katılımcılara çalışma başında ön test, 12. Haftanın sonunda ara test, 24. Haftanın sonunda son test kapsamında ölçümler yapılmıştır. Sonuçlara göre; gruplar karşılaştırıldığında, egzersize devamlılık birinci dönem ev için (p=,007) ve ofis için (p=,008), ikinci dönem ev için (p=,005) ve ofis için (p=,001) istatistiksel olarak anlamlı düzeyde farklılaşmıştır. Gruplar arasında omurga koruyucu yaklaşımlar (OKY) seviye belirleme (ara test p=,023 son test p=,000) karar verme dengesi (ara test p=,034 son test p=,158), değişim süreci (ara test p=,000 son test p=,000) ve öz-etkililik ölçek skorlarında (ara test p=,024 son test p=,034), ergonomik bilgi düzeyinde (ara test p=,032 son test p=,145), ve ROSA skorunda (ara test p=,000 son test p=,000 ) istatistiksel olarak anlamlı düzeyde farklılık bulunmuştur Çalışmanın sonunda eğitim grubunda, bireylerin %48,5 kontrol grubunda ise %17,2 düzeyinde egzersize devamlılık sağladıkları ve çalışma duruşlarına dikkat ederek ergonomik açıdan doğru alışkanlıkları kazandıkları gözlemlenmiştir. Bu bulgular ışığında ofis çalışanlarında web tabanlı TTM temelli ergonomi eğitiminin kalıcı faydalı etki oluşturduğu söylenebilir. In recent years, the incidence of musculoskeletal disorders (MSDs) in office workers has increased in line with technological developments. There are many studies in the literature on the prevalence and causes of musculoskeletal disorders in office workers. As seen in these studies, the spine and related structures are most affected by office life. Among the methods used for the prevention and elimination of musculoskeletal disorders in employees, the current approach is to help employees gain new habits and take over their self-management. Among these approaches, Transtheoretical Model (TTM) based training stands out as a new training model. The number of studies on this subject is quite small. This study was planned as the implementation of TTM-based ergonomics training in office workers and evaluation of the results. The study aims to contribute to the literature in terms of the way, duration, number and spine-specificity of the training. This study was conducted with the participation of 130 administrative staff working at Süleyman Demirel University. 67 of the participants were male, 63 were female, and the average age was 42.33. The study period consisted of a total of 24 weeks, 12 weeks of implementation and 12 weeks of follow-up. The participants were divided into two groups, training and control, using a matched randomization method, with similar age and gender. At the beginning of the study, all participants were given an informative brochure about spine health and office and home exercises were demonstrated by the physiotherapist. All participants were sent a text message once a week for the first 12 weeks and were encouraged to gain habits suitable for ergonomics by calling them by phone every two weeks. The training group received 6 sessions of online TTM-based ergonomics training by a physiotherapist every 2 weeks during the first 12 weeks. No application was made in the follow-up period. In the study, all participants were measured as pre-test at the beginning of the study, mid-test at the end of the 12th week, and post-test at the end of the 24th week. According to the results; when the groups were compared, exercise attendance differed statistically significantly in the first period for home (p=,007) and office (p=,008), and in the second period for home (p=,005) and office (p=,001). There were statistically significant differences between the groups in spine protective approaches (SPA) level determination (midterm p=.023 posttest p=.000), decision-making balance (midterm p=.034 posttest p=.158), change process (midterm p=.000 posttest p=.000) and self-efficacy scale scores (midterm p=.024 posttest p=.034), ergonomic knowledge level (midterm p=.032 posttest p=.145), At the end of the study, it was observed that 48.5% of the individuals in the training group and 17.2% in the control group maintained exercise continuity and gained ergonomically correct habits by paying attention to their working postures. In the light of these findings, it can be said that web-based TTM-based ergonomics training has a lasting beneficial effect on office workers.
