Bu çalışmada, elma işleme atıkları (EİA) ile tavuk gübresi (TG) ve sığır gübresinden (SG) kompost (elma kompostu) ve solucan kompostu (SK), elma kompost çayı (KÇ) ve solucan kompost çayı (SKÇ), zenginleştirilmiş elma kompost çayı (ZKÇ) ve zenginleştirilmiş solucan kompost çayı (ZSKÇ) üretimi ve kompost çaylarının bitki gelişimine etkileri araştırılmıştır. Bu çalışmanın 1. aşamasında, EİA, TG, SG karışımlarından oluşan elma kompostu üretiminde EİA'nın karışım içindeki oranı %15'den %75'e kadar kademeli olarak artırılmış, sabit serbest hava boşluğu (SHB) (%35) ve C/N (30) oranlarında beş farklı karışım hazırlanmış, başlangıç su muhtevaları (SM) %60'a ayarlanmış ve 100 l'liklik reaktörlerde üç tekerrürlü olarak 26 gün süreyle kompostlaştırma süreci izlenmiştir. Kompostlaştırma sürecinde sıcaklık, O2 ve CO2 ölçümleri PLC otomasyon sistemi ile günlük kaydedilmiştir. Kompostlaştırma sürecinde üç defa karıştırma işlemi yapılmıştır. Prosesin başlangıcında, sonunda ve her bir karışım esnasında kompost örnekleri alınarak analizler yapılmıştır. Proses sonrasında karışımların SM değerleri % 39,24-41,17; OM içerikleri %69,91-71,89; C/N oranları 12-15 ve pH değerleri 8,97-8,25 aralığında gerçekleşmiştir. Bitiş NDF, ADF ve ADL değerleri K1'den K5'e doğru artış göstermiş olup, NDF değerleri sırasıyla %50,04; 54,81; 60,42; 64,32; ve %70,54 olarak gerçekleşmiştir. Kompost numunelerinde patojen indikatör mikroorganizması olan Escherichia coli (E.coli)'ye rastlanmamıştır. Tüm reaktörlerdeki sıcaklık gelişimlerinin hijyenizasyon açısından uluslararası kriterleri sağladığı tespit edilmiştir. Kompostlaştırma işleminde açığa çıkan CO2-C değerleri temel alınarak kinetik model analizi yapılmış ve deneysel verilerin hem birinci-sıfırıncı derece hem de birinci-birinci derece kinetiğe uyduğu tespit edilmiştir. Çalışmanın 2. aşamasında, besi maddesi olarak ilk aşamada üretilen elma kompostları kullanılarak solucan kompostu (SK) üretimi gerçekleştirilmiştir. Solucan kompostlama işleminin başlangıcında her bir karışıma 500 adet yetişkin Eisenia Foetida türü solucan eklenmiş, proses boyunca yetişin solucan sayıları artmış ve proses sonunda SK1'den SK5'e doğru sırasıyla 1134, 1311, 2712, 1038 ve 1151 sayılarına ulaşılmıştır. Çalışmanın 3. aşamasında, kompost üretim süreçlerinde en fazla kütle ve hacim değişiminin gerçekleştiği karışımlar belirlenerek bu karışımlardan elma kompost çayı (KÇ) ve solucan kompost çayı (SKÇ) üretilmiştir. Üretilen kompost çaylarına N, P, K, Fe ve Zn ilavesi ile zenginleştirilmiş elma kompost çayı (ZKÇ) ve zenginleştirilmiş solucan kompost çayı (ZSKÇ) üretilmiştir. Hazırlanan tüm bu kompost çaylarının bitki gelişimi üzerine etkilerini belirlemek amacıyla mısır bitkisi ile saksı denemeleri gerçekleştirilmiştir. Saksı denemeleri sonunda, bitki gelişiminde (boy uzunluğu, kuru kök ve gövde ağırlıkları), zenginleştirilmiş kompost çaylarının (ZKÇ ve ZSKÇ) kompost çaylarına (KÇ ve SKÇ) göre daha etkili olduğu tespit edilmiştir. In this study, compost (apple compost) and vermicompost (VC), apple compost tea (ACT) and vermicompost tea (VCT) and enriched apple compost tea (EACT) and vermicompost tea (EVCT) were produced from apple processing wastes (EİA) and poultry manure (PM) and cattle manure (CM). Then, the effects of these compost teas on plant growth were investigated. In the first stage of this study, in the production of apple compost consisting of EIA, TG, SG mixtures, the ratio of EIA in the mixture was gradually increased from 15% to 75%, constant free air space (FAS) (35%) and C/N (30) five different mixtures were prepared, their initial moisture content (MC) was adjusted to 60%, and the composting process was followed in 100-liter reactors in triplicate for 26 days. During the composting process, temperature, O2 and CO2 measurements were recorded daily with the PLC automation system. During the composting process, mixing was done three times. Compost samples were taken at the beginning, at the end of the process and during each mixture and analyzed. After the process, SM values of the mixtures were 39-41%, OM contents were 69-72%, C/N ratios were 12-15 and pH values were 8.97-8.25. End NDF, ADF and ADL values increased from K1 to K5, NDF values were 50.04%, respectively; 54.81; 60.42; 64.32; and it was 70.54%. Escherichia coli (E.coli), a pathogen indicator microorganism, was not found in the final compost samples. It has been determined that the temperature developments in all reactors meet the international criteria in terms of hygiene. Based on the CO2-C values released in the composting process, kinetic model analysis was performed and it was determined that the experimental data conformed to both first-zero-order and first-first-order kinetics. In the second stage of the study, vermicompost (VC) was produced by using apple compost produced in the first stage as a nutrient material. At the beginning of the vermicomposting process, 500 adult Eisenia Foetida worms were added to each span, the number of adult worms increased throughout the process and at the end of the process, the numbers of 1134, 1311, 2712, 1038 and 1151 were reached from SK1 to SK5, respectively. In the third stage of the study, the mixtures with the highest mass and volume changes in the compost production processes were determined and apple compost tea (ACT) and vermicompost tea (VCT) were produced from these mixtures. Enriched apple compost tea (EACT) and enriched vermicompost tea (EVCT) were produced by adding N, P, K, Fe and Zn to the produced compost teas. In order to determine the effects of all these prepared compost teas on plant growth, pot experiments were carried out with corn plants. At the end of the pot trials, it was determined that enriched compost teas (EACT and EVCT) were more effective than compost teas (ECT and VCT) in plant growth (height, dry root and stem weights).
