Architectural protection is necessary not only for the protection of structures, but also for the transfer of cultural heritage to the existing audience. Technology has an important place for societies since the early periods of history. The use of technology has always been needed in awareness-raising studies about the concept of architectural conservation and protection. National and international academic publications, statutes and agreements also recommend the use of modern technology in architectural conservation. While determining the materials, techniques and methods to be used in conservation works, attention should be paid to the preservation of the texture and identity characteristics of the historical environment. The development of computer technology and virtual reality, artificial intelligence systems used in different areas; by affecting the field of architectural conservation and cultural heritage to be protected, based on the work provides new possibilities for cognitive measurements in the areas of visualization. Cognitive science assumes that the human mind is a kind of computational device that contains representations, and deals with the issues of brain imaging, cognition and affect, data-intensive learning and genetics. In the current use of information processing, mental states can be modeled and recorded. The purpose of the advanced technological methods used in the application is to provide interactive experiences to users. With the animation works prepared, the structures can be experienced in a more permanent way by creating a feeling of belonging more easily compared to two-dimensional (2D) drawings and photographs. The fact that the participants experienced the structures in a three-dimensional (3D) environment provided a better understanding of the working area, which gave the user the feeling of being in it and the opportunity to create their own point of view. In this study, applications of virtual reality in architectural conservation and three-dimensional computer modeling is tested using methods and expertise in the neurobiology of emotional memory differences and expertise on the neural basis of emotion-related effects in order to investigate preserve the traditional structure, with the values that have important nowadays due to the structures of the various religions in terms of Tourism today, able to attract people in different faiths, in the Konya Sille Neighborhood Hükümet Street, which has an architectural texture, survey work and suggestion restoration projects were presented to the participants and examined by experts and non-experts in the field of brain signals with an EEG device. The implementation of the planned work from the perspective of the user 'to see' structures provides information about how experience, eye tracking Virtual technology (Ogama software) Heatmap Analysis of structures modeled with points which of the participants (stimuli) on the order of seconds looking at what the data when analizlenmi's self-assessment model (SAM scale) using the method of participants arousal, valence and dominance level was evaluated.
