Endüstri 4.0 kavramı içerisinde yer alan yapay zekâ, blok zincir, büyük veri, IoT gibi yenilikçi bilişim dalları hem akademik dünyada hem de kurumsal ve ticari faaliyetlerde ilgi gören çalışma alanlarındandır. Yapay zekâ, blok zincir ve büyük veri gibi çalışma alanlarında uygulama geliştirme ve bu teknolojilerin yenileşmesi için veri kritik öneme sahiptir. Verinin kıymetli olduğu günümüzde, verinin korunması için farklı yöntemler geliştirilir. Geliştirilen bu çeşitli yöntemlere karşılık, korunmaya çalışılan veri üzerinde bir takım siber yöntemlerin uygulanması, günümüzde halen veri bütünlüğü ve veri güvenliği kriterlerini garanti altına almayı zorlaştıran faktörlerdendir. Bu tez çalışmasında, yapay zekâ destekli sistemlerin, yapay zekâ modelinin eğitiminde kullanılacak veri çeşitliliği artırılarak modelin daha yüksek doğrulukta ve daha kararlı biçimde çalışması için blok zincir tabanlı dağıtık bir karar sistemi altyapısı önerilmiştir. Bu altyapıda için üç farklı bölgenin sıcaklık ve nem değerlerine göre ortam iklimini yöneten bir IoT kartı geliştirilmiş ve farklı ortamlara bu sistem kurulmuştur. Sistemin karar ağaçları algoritması ile karar vermesi için her bölgeden üç ay süre ile veriler toplanarak veri seti oluşturulmuştur. Her farklı bölgede, farklı veri çeşitliliği oluşmuş ve elde edilen toplam altı farklı çeşitliliğe sahip veri kümesi, makine öğrenmesi eğitiminde kullanılmıştır. Eğitilen makine öğrenmesi modeli altyapı üyesi tüm alt bölgelere dağıtılmıştır. Bu işlem ile ilk bölgede iki çıkış değerine sahip karar veren model, eğitim sonrasında altı farklı veri çıkış değerine göre karar verme kabiliyeti kazanmıştır. Bu işlem, kendi veri seti içinde olmayan bir veri çeşitliliği sağlarken, modelin öğrenmesi için başarı oranı %18,87'den %98,20'e çıkmıştır. Tüm bölgelerin öğrenme tecrübeleri, diğer tüm bölgeler ile paylaşılır. Bu kenar bilişim altyapısı ile ana sunucuda gerekli ön ayar yapılarak, eğitilen model kenar cihazlara aktarılır. Eğitim sonrası veriler ana sunucuda yer alan Hyperledger Fabric altyapısının kullanıldığı blok zincirde saklanmaktadır. Bu tez çalışması sonucunda farklı bölgelerde, benzer karar sistemlerin daha çok ve çeşitliliğe sahip veri ile daha yüksek doğrulukla sonuç ürettiği görülmüştür. Innovative informatics branches such as artificial intelligence (AI), blockchain, big data and IoT, which are included in the concept of Industry 4.0, are among the fields of study that attract attention both in the academic world and in corporate and commercial activities. Data is critical for application development and innovation in workspaces such as AI, blockchain, and big data. In today's world where data is precious, different methods are developed to protect data. Despite these various methods developed, the application of some cyber methods on the data that is tried to be protected is still one of the factors that make it difficult to guarantee data integrity and data security criteria. In this thesis, blockchain-based distributed decision system infrastructure is proposed to increase the variety of data to be used in the training of AI supported systems and AI model, so that the model can work with higher accuracy and more stability. For this infrastructure, IoT card that manages the ambient climate according to the temperature and humidity values of three different regions has been developed and this system has been installed in different environments. In order for the system to make decisions with the decision tree algorithm, a data set was created by collecting data from each region for three months. In each different region, different data diversity was created and a total of six different datasets were used in machine learning training. The trained machine learning model is distributed to all sub-regions that are infrastructure members. With this process, the model that made decision with two output values in first region gained the ability to decide according to six different data output values after the training. While this process provides a variety of data that is not in its own data set, the success rate for the model to learn increased from 18.87% to 98.20%. Post-training data is stored in the blockchain where the Hyperledger Fabric infrastructure on the main server is used. As a result of this thesis, it has been seen that similar decision systems in different regions produce results with higher accuracy with more and more diverse data.
