Örgütlerin ve bireylerin birbirlerini anlama çabaları insanların tutum ve davranış yapılarını inceleyen araştırmacıların merakını uyandırmaktadır. Tüm bu ilgi ve meraktan yola çıkarak ilgili literatüre dayalı araştırmanın amacı çalışanın ses davranışını incelemektir. Ses davranışı çalışanların örgütlerin genel işleyişi hakkında önerilerde bulunması veya yeni fikirler vermesi olarak tanımlanmaktadır. Ses davranışının amacı örgütlerin yenilik açısından değişeceği umuduyla mevcut duruma meydan okumaktır. Bu araştırmanın amacı çalışan ses davranışının öncüllerini ve ardıllarını ortaya koymak ve çalışanların "çalışan ses davranışını" etkileyen (öncüller) ve "çalışan ses davranışından" etkilenen (ardıllar) bireysel ve örgütsel faktörleri incelemektir. Bu araştırmanın önemi birbirine bağlı birden çok bağımsız değişkenle ilişkili birden çok bağımlı değişkenin olması ve bütün bir model olarak yapısal eşitlik modeli ile test edilecek olmasıdır. Ayrıca yakın zamanda ele alınan değişkenlerle bu konuda yapılmış bütün bir model çalışmasının olmaması özgün bir çalışma olması açısından önemlidir. Bu amaçla Antalya ili sınırları içinde faaliyet gösteren otel işletmelerinde görev alan beyaz yakalı işgörenlerden online ve elden olmak üzere 521 adet anket formu toplanmıştır. Toplanan verilerin analizi SPSS (24.0) ve AMOS (24.0) programları aracılığı ile yapılmıştır. Araştırma bulguları incelendiğinde çalışan ses davranışının sonuç değişkenleri olarak ele alınan iş tatmini, bireysel performans, yenilikçi iş davranışı ve işten ayrılma niyeti üzerinde anlamlı etkisinin olduğu tespit edilmiştir. Ayrıca çalışan ses davranışının öncülleri olarak ele alınan birey-örgüt uyumu ve iş özerkliği değişkenlerinin çalışan ses davranışı üzerinde anlamlı etkisinin olmadığı da tespit edilmiştir. The efforts of organizations and individuals to understand each other arouse the curiosity of researchers who examine people's attitudes and behavior structures. Based on all this interest and curiosity, the aim of the research based on the relevant literature is to examine the voice behavior of the employee. Voice behavior is defined as making suggestions or giving new ideas about the general functioning of the organizations. The purpose of voice behavior is to challenge the current situation in the hope that organizations will change in terms of innovation. The aim of this research is to reveal the antecedents and consequences of employee voice behavior and to examine the individual and organizational factors that affect employees' " employee voice behavior" (antecedents) and are affected by "employee voice behavior" (consequences). This research is to reveal the antecedents and successors of employee voice behavior and examine the individual and organizational factors that influence employee "employee voice behavior" (predecessors) and are affected by "employee voice behavior" (successors). The importance of this research is that there are more than one dependent variable associated with more than one independent variable and it will be tested with the structural equation model as a whole model. In addition, the lack of a whole model study on this subject with the variables discussed recently is important in terms of being an original study. For this purpose, 521 online and in-person questionnaires were collected from white-collar employees working in hotel businesses operating within the borders of Antalya province. The analysis of the collected data was made using SPSS (24.0) and AMOS (24.0) programs. When the research findings are examined, it has been determined that the employee voice behavior has a significant effect on job satisfaction, individual performance, innovative work behavior and turnover intention, which are considered as outcome variables. In addition, it has been determined that the variables of person-organization fit and job autonomy, which are considered as the antecedents of the employee voice behavior, do not have a significant effect on the employee voice behavior.
