Konstantin Stanislavski'den başlayan ve Eric Morris'e dek uzanan oyunculuk metodlarının değişim sürecinde temel amaç oyuncunun potansiyelini ortaya çıkarmasına yardımcı olacak teknikleri geliştirmektir. Aynı şekilde Gestalt kuramında da insanın yaşamın her alanında potansiyelini nasıl sürdürülebilir hâle getireceğini fark etmesi hedeflenir. Tez çalışmasında Gestalt kuramı ve oyunculuk metodlarının bazen bağımsız, bazen de etkileşim içinde gelişen süreçleri paralel ilerleyen bir düzlemde değerlendirilir. K. Stanislavski ve Eric Morris oyunculuk metodlarının Gestalt kuramı açısından incelenmesini amaçlayan bu çalışma giriş ve sonuç kısımları hariç üç bölümden oluşmaktadır. Giriş kısmında çalışmanın kapsamı hakkında bilgiler sunulmaktadır. Birinci bölümde Gestalt kuramı başlığında bulunan ancak ayrı başlıklar altında aktarılan Gestalt psikolojisi ve Gestalt terapi kuramının tarihsel süreçlerine, temel kavramlarına ve birbirleriyle olan ilişkilerine yer verilir. İkinci bölümde; K. Stanislavski ve Eric Morris metotlarının oyunculuk sanatına yaklaşımları ve temel teknikleri ayrı başlıklar altında incelenir. Üçüncü bölüm, önceki iki bölümde yer verilen bilgilerin durum tespitini içerir. Sonuç kısmında ise oyunculuk metotlarında Gestalt terapi kuramı bağlamında ortaya çıkan yaklaşım yorumlanmaktadır. The aim in the process of changing acting methods, starting with Konstantin Stanislavski and extending to Eric Morris, is to develop techniques that will help the actor unearth his potential. Similarly, in the Gestalt theory, it is aimed that people realize how to make their potential sustainable in all areas of life. In the thesis, the Gestalt theory and acting methods are evaluated in parallel with the processes that sometimes develop independently and sometimes in cooperation. This study, which aims to examine the acting methods of K. Stanislavski and Eric Morris in terms of Gestalt theory, consists of three parts except the introduction and conclusion parts. In the introduction, information about the scope of the study is presented. In the first chapter, Gestalt psychology and Gestalt therapy theory, which are under the title of Gestalt theory, but are presented under separate titles, are dealt with in the context of its historical processes, basic concepts and their relations with each other. In the second chapter; the methods of K. Stanislavski and Eric Morris, their approaches to the art of acting and the basic techniques are examined under separate titles. The third chapter includes the evaluation of the information given in the previous two chapters. In the conclusion part, the approach emerging in the context of Gestalt therapy theory in acting methods has been interpreted.
