20. yüzyılda yaşanan teknolojik yenilikler, toplumsal yapıyı o güne kadar görülmemiş bir radikallikte değişime uğratmıştır. Şekillenen yeni yapı ile birlikte çok çeşitli yaşam tarzları ortaya çıkmış ve geleneksel sosyal örüntülerin tümü kırılmaya uğramıştır. Bu dönüşümün toplumun geneline yansımasında ise doğrudan yapılan söylemlerin değil duygulara hitap eden ikna yöntemleri ile hazırlanmış propagandaların etkili olduğu anlaşılmaktadır. Geçmişi çok eskiye dayansa da propaganda bu dönemdeki başarısını yine bu dönemin en büyük yeniliği olan teknolojinin araçlarına borçlu olduğu söylenebilir. Bu dönemde teknoloji ile yaratılan görsel dil propaganda için araç olmakla kalmamış, ideolojik tavrını göstermek isteyen sanat hareketlerini de etkilemiştir. 1900'lerin başından itibaren sanatçıları etkileyen ve daha sonra interdisipliner bir alanda çalışmaya teşvik eden teknolojinin görsel çıktıları birer gösterge olarak da bu dönemde resmin içine dâhil olmuştur. Teknolojinin imgelerini resmin içine dâhil eden anlayışla birlikte, sanatçı ideolojik söylemini daha çok bu üretilen propaganda imgeleri çerçevesinde geliştirmiştir. Bu tez çalışmasında döneme ve araçlara bağlı olarak değişen propaganda imgelerinin, araştırmanın evrenini oluşturan resim sanatında nasıl bir değişime uğradığı ve bir yönlendirme aracı olarak izleyicisini nasıl belirlediği kronolojik bir sıralama ile tespit edilmeye çalışılmıştır. Bu bağlamda çalışma; içinde bulunulan toplumsal koşullar da düşünüldüğünde propagandanın nasıl ve ne amaçla yapıldığına ve resim sanatında belli bir sanatçı kitlesini nasıl etkilediğine yönelik açıklamalar getirmesi nedeniyle nitel bir araştırma olmuştur. Çalışmanın son bölümünde ise postmodern sanat uygulamaları içerisinde yer alan "yenidenüretim" ilişkisinin yöntem olarak benimsendiği ve ikonlaşmış propaganda fotoğraflarının yeniden üretildiği görülür. Tüme ait bazı parçaların yeniden üretildiği bu plastik süreçte amaç fotoğrafların tanınırlığını sorgulayabilmektir. The technological innovations in the twentieth century changed the social structure with an unprecedented radicalness. A wide variety of lifestyles emerged with the new structure and all of the traditional social patterns had been broken. In the reflection of this transformation to the general public, it is understood that is effective not appeals made directly but he propagandas made with the persuasive methods that appeal to the emotions. Although its past is very old, it can be said that its success in this period owes its success to the tools of technology, which is the biggest innovation of this period. The visual language created by technology in this period was not only a tool for propaganda, but also influenced art movements that wanted to show their ideological attitude. From the beginning of the 1900s, the visual outputs of the technology, which inspired the artists and then encouraged them to work in an interdisciplinary field, were included in the painting as an indicator too. With the understanding incorporating technology and images into the painting, the artist developed his ideological discourse within the framework of the propaganda images produced. In this thesis, it is tried to determine how the changing image of propaganda depending on the period and the tools has changed in the art of painting, which constitutes the universe of the research, and how it determines its audience as a guiding tool chronologically. In this regard; this study has become a qualitative study in that it provides explanations for how and for what purpose and how it affects the art of painting when considering the social conditions. In the last part of the study, it is seen that adopted the relation of "reproduction" taking part in postmodern art practices as a method and the iconic propaganda photographs are reproduced.
