Hayatımızda vazgeçilemeyecekler arasında konumlandırdığımız teknoloji geliştikçe birçok şey daha kolay yapılabilir hâle gelmiştir. Teknolojinin gelişimiyle birlikte ortaya çıkan ve pandemi olarak adlandırılan Covid-19 salgını sürecinde etkin bir şekilde kullanılan uzaktan eğitim, iş ve aile hayatında yer edinerek bireylerin eğitimlerinin kesintiye uğramadan devam etmesini sağlamıştır. Ancak uzaktan eğitimin bazı eğitim kademelerinde ilk defa uygulanması veliler, öğrenciler ve öğretmenler tarafından farklı şekillerde değerlendirilmiştir. Bu araştırma 2021-2022 eğitim-öğretim yılında Antalya ili Korkuteli ilçesinde Millî Eğitim Bakanlığı bünyesinde öğretim faaliyetleri gerçekleştiren öğretmenlerin uzaktan eğitime yönelik tutumlarının cinsiyet, yaş, mesleki kıdem, görev yapılan okul türü ve branş gibi bazı demografik değişkenlere göre anlamlı bir farklılığın olup olmadığını belirlemeyi amaç edinmiştir. Araştırmada dokümantasyon ve tarama metotları kullanılmıştır. Araştırmaya 2021-2022 eğitim-öğretim yılında Antalya ili Korkuteli ilçesindeki 6 okulda öğretim faaliyetleri gerçekleştiren 135 öğretmen katılım sağlamıştır. Veriler, kişisel bilgi formuyla birlikte Mustafa Metin ve Nurullah Korkman tarafından geliştirilen ölçek ile toplanmış, SPSS 22.00 programında birtakım istatistiksel hesaplamalara tabi tutulmuştur. Araştırmada yüzde ve frekans dağılımı, aritmetik ortalama, standart sapma, t-testi, varyans analizi (anova) ve Lsd Post-hoc çoklu karşılaştırma testi kullanılarak veriler analiz edilmiştir. Araştırma sonucunda elde edilen bulgular neticesinde öğretmenlerin uzaktan eğitime yönelik tutumlarının cinsiyete, yaşa, mesleki kıdeme ve görev yapılan okul türüne göre anlamlı farklılıklar gösterdiği; branş değişkenine göre ise anlamlı bir farklılık olmadığı tespit edilmiştir. Ayrıca öğretmenlerin uzaktan eğitime yönelik tutumlarının yüksek düzeyde olumsuz yönde olduğu sonucuna ulaşılmıştır. Anahtar Kelimeler : Covid-19, Eğitim, Uzaktan Eğitim, Öğretmen, Korkuteli.
As the technology that we have positioned among the indispensable in our lives has improved, many things have become easier to Decipher. Distance education, which has been effectively used during the Covid-19 pandemic, which has emerged with the development of technology and is called a pandemic, has ensured that individuals' education continues without interruption by gaining a place in business and family life. However, the implementation of distance education for the first time at some educational levels has been evaluated in different ways by parents, students and teachers. This research aimed to determine whether there is a significant difference in the attitudes of teachers who carry out teaching activities within the Ministry of National Education in Korkuteli district of Antalya in the 2021-2022 academic year towards distance education according to some demographic variables such as gender, age, professional seniority, type of school and branch. Documentation and screening methods were used in the research. In the 2021-2022 academic year, 135 teachers who carried out teaching activities in 6 schools in Korkuteli district of Antalya province participated in the research. The data were collected with the scale developed by Mustafa Metin and Nurullah Korkman together with the personal information form and were subjected to some statistical calculations in the SPSS 22.00 program. In the research, the data were analyzed using percentage and frequency distribution, arithmetic mean, standard deviation, t-test, analysis of variance (anova) and Lsd Post-hoc multiple comparison test. As a result of the findings obtained as a result of the research, it has been determined that teachers' attitudes towards distance education show significant differences according to gender, age, professional seniority and the type of school where the task is performed; there is no significant difference according to the branch variable.
