Okul yöneticilerinin algılanan etik liderlik davranışları ile öğretmenlerin psikolojik dayanıklılığı konularını kapsayan bu çalışma ile öğretmenlerin mesleki yaşamları boyunca karşılaşabileceği olumsuz mesleki yaşantılara ve zorlu iş koşullarına adapte olabilmesinde kritik bir faktör olan psikolojik dayanıklılık ile öğretmenlerin okul yöneticilerine yönelik algıladıkları etik liderlik davranışları arasındaki ilişkinin tespit edilebilmesi amaçlanmaktadır. Araştırmada nicel araştırma yöntemlerinden betimsel nitelikte ilişkisel tarama modeli kullanılmıştır. Araştırmanın örneklemi 2021-2022 eğitim-öğretim yılında Isparta il genelinde farklı kademelerde görev yapan 422 öğretmenden oluşmaktadır. Çalışma grubunun belirlenmesinde uygun örnekleme yöntemi kullanılmıştır. Bu çalışmada veri toplama aracı olarak, araştırmacı tarafından geliştirilen "Kişisel Bilgi Formu", Yılmaz (2005) tarafından geliştirilen "Etik Liderlik Ölçeği (ELÖ)" ve Işık (2016) tarafından geliştirilen "Psikolojik Dayanıklılık Ölçeği (PDÖ)" kullanılmıştır. Araştırma kapsamında elde edilen veriler SPSS 22 paket programı ile değerlendirilmiş, veriler parametrik olmayan yöntemler ile analiz edilmiştir. Katılımcıların demografik verilerine göre ölçeklerin farklılaşma durumları incelenirken, iki grup karşılaştırmalarında Mann Whitney U testi, ikiden fazla grupların karşılaştırılmasında ise Kruskal Wallis H testi kullanılmıştır. Korelasyon hesaplamalarında ise Spearman-Brown korelasyonu kullanılmıştır. Sonuçların yorumlanmasında 0.05 anlamlılık düzeyi dikkate alınmıştır. Araştırma kapsamında yapılan analiz neticesinde okul yöneticilerinin etik liderlik davranışlarına ilişkin öğretmen görüşleri ile öğretmenlerin psikolojik dayanıklılığı arasında pozitif yönde ve orta düzeyde anlamlı bir ilişki tespit edilmiştir. Etik liderliğin alt boyutlarından olan iletişimsel etik, iklimsel etik, karar vermede etik ve davranışsal etik boyutu ile psikolojik dayanıklılık arasında orta düzeyde ve pozitif yönde anlamlı ilişki bulunmaktadır. Bunun yanında psikolojik dayanıklılığın alt boyutlarından olan meydan okuma ve kontrol boyutu ile etik liderlik arasında düşük düzeyde ve pozitif yönde; kendini adama boyutu ile etik liderlik arasında orta düzeyde ve pozitif yönde anlamlı ilişki tespit edilmiştir. Ayrıca psikolojik dayanıklılığın alt boyutu olan kendini adama ile etik liderliğin alt boyutları olan iletişimsel etik, iklimsel etik, karar vermede etik ve davranışsal etik boyutu arasında orta düzeyde ve pozitif yönde anlamlı ilişki bulunmaktadır. Araştırmadan elde edilen bulgulara göre okul yöneticilerinin algılanan etik liderlik davranışlarının öğretmenlerin psikolojik dayanıklılığına ve iş tatmin düzeyine olumlu anlamda katkı sağladığı sonucuna ulaşılmıştır. With this study, which covers the perceived ethical leadership behaviors of school administrators and the psychological resilience of teachers, it is aimed to determine the relationship between psychological resilience, which is a critical factor in adapting teachers to negative professional experiences and difficult work conditions that they may encounter throughout their professional lives, and ethical leadership behaviors perceived by teachers towards school administrators. In the research, a descriptive relational survey model, one of the quantitative research methods, was used. The sample of the research consists of 422 teachers working at different levels throughout the province of Isparta in the 2021-2022 academic year. Appropriate sampling method was used to determine the study group. In this study, "Personal Information Form" developed by the researcher, "Ethical Leadership Scale (ELS)" developed by Yılmaz (2005) and "Psychological Resilience Scale (PRS)" developed by Işık (2016) were used as data collection tools. The data obtained within the scope of the research were evaluated with the SPSS 22 package program, and the data were analyzed with non-parametric methods. While examining the differentiation status of the scales according to the demographic data of the participants, the Mann Whitney U test was used in the comparison of two groups, and the Kruskal Wallis H test was used in the comparison of more than two groups. Spearman-Brown correlation was used in the correlation calculations. The significance level of 0.05 was taken into account in the interpretation of the results. As a result of the analysis made within the scope of the research, a positive and moderately significant relationship was determined between the teachers' views on the ethical leadership behaviors of school administrators and the psychological resilience of the teachers. There is a moderate and positive significant relationship between the sub-dimensions of ethical leadership, communicative ethics, climatic ethics, ethics in decision making, behavioral ethics and psychological resilience. In addition, there is a low level and positive relationship between the sub-dimensions of psychological resilience, the challenge and control dimension, and ethical leadership; A moderate and positive significant relationship was found between the dimension of dedication and ethical leadership. In addition, there is a moderate and positive significant relationship between dedication, which is a sub-dimension of psychological resilience, and communicative ethics, climatic ethics, ethics in decision-making, and behavioral ethics, which are sub-dimensions of ethical leadership.According to the findings obtained from the research, it was concluded that the perceived ethical leadership behaviors of the school administrators contributed positively to the psychological resilience and job satisfaction of the teachers.
