In this study, performance evaluation has been madebetween Turkey and European Union Countries based on the data of Eurostat(European Statistics) and TUIK (Turkish Statistical Institute) by usingMulti-Criteria Decision Making methods ENTROPY and COPRAS. In the study,criteria that are primarily important in the evaluation of airline performanceis determined.  This criteria weredefined as a the number of arriving and departing passengers, the amount ofcargo carried, air traffic, commercial aircraft fleet, IATA's member, thenumber of international airports and the number of people were killed. Criteriaweights have been identified by the ENTROPY method and the performanceassessing of the alternatives has been made with COPRAS methods. As a result ofthis study Germany, United Kingdom, Belgium, Turkey and France show the bestperformances in this method.Bu çalışmada Eurostat (EuropianStatistics) ve TÜİK (Türkiye İstatistik Kurumu) verilerine dayanarak AvrupaBirliği ülkeleri ve Türkiye’nin havayolu ulaşımının performans değerlendirmesiÇok Kriterli Karar Verme yöntemleri olan ENTROPİ ve COPRAS kullanılarakyapılmıştır. Çalışmada öncelikle havayoluperformanslarının değerlendirilmesinde önemli olan kriterler belirlenmiştir. Bukriterler; gelen yolcu sayısı, giden yolcu sayısı, taşınan yük miktarı, uçuştrafiği, ticari uçak filosu, IATA’ya üye havayolu şirketi sayısı, uluslararasıhavaalanı sayısı ve ölen kişi sayısı olarak belirlenmiştir. Kriter ağırlıkları ENTROPİyöntemi ile belirlenmiş olup alternatiflerin performans değerlendirmesi ise COPRASyöntemi ile yapılmıştır. Çalışmanınsonucunda Almaya, Birleşik Krallık, Belçika, Türkiye ve Fransa’nın havayoluulaşımında en iyi performansı gösterdiği gözlenmiştir.
