Çalışmanın amacı; tarihi, toplumsal, ideolojik ve kültüreldeğişimlerden etkilenerek içeriği, tanımı ve sınırları genişleyen sağlıkolgusunun yaşadığı evrim sürecinin bir tasvirinin yapılmasıdır. Çalışmanınsonucunda değişen hekim kimliklerinin sağlığın kültürleştiğinin bir göstergesiolduğu bulunmuştur. İndirgemeci, hastane sınırlarını aşamayan, ilaçşirketleriyle çıkar ilişkisi bulunan ve ticarileşen sağlık olgusunun;bireylerin algılarını, davranışlarını, yaşamabiçimlerini, dolayısıyla toplumsal hayatlarını dönüştüren bir yapı arz ettiğitespit edilmiştir. Ayrıca sağlığın; yaşamı bir salgın ya da tedavi edilmesigereken hastalık süreçleri gibi sunması, dolayısıyla hayatı tıbbileştirmesi,bireyleri sağlıkla ilişkili tüm ürünleri tüketmeye sevkettiği ortaya çıkmıştır.The purpose of this study is to represent theevolutionary process of health phenomenon whose content, definition and bordershave enlarged because of it’s contagion of historical, social, ideological andcultural changes and to testify the health’s acculturation so as to hold theentire life. .
